I highly recommend Halion Electric! John provided wonderful customer service and did a great job fixing an electrical switch in my kitchen. He clearly explained pricing options with me and even took some extra time to discuss lighting installation for my downstairs bathroom. Great experience overall, and I will definitely be using Halion Electric again!

Daniel is very knowledgeable! He was here quick and installed an outside outlet and upgraded our breaker box. I would definitely use them again and I will recommend them to people that need or want electrical services!!

After months (literally) of trying to find electricians who wouldn't give us the run around, we finally found Biggs. We were doing a remodel on a walkout basement to accommodate my parents. These guys were such a blessing. I can't imagine a more personable and professional outfit. They did great work for a fair price, and treated us like people. Bent over backwards to make sure that everything went well for my folks. Just called them again about an issue we were having with the A/C electrical, and he literally hopped in the truck and drove right over. We've recommended them to friends who had similarly great experiences. Its hard to find tradespeople willing to work on retrofit construction and still it with a happy spirit for a fair price. These folks are the real deal. Can't recommend enough.

Arc Electric and Technician Jesse C. completed the electrical hook up of my pool equipment today. Naturally, I expected it to be done correctly and to code and I have no doubt it is perfect. What really impressed me was how careful Jesse was to make sure the boxes and power lines were installed in a neat or orderly way. The job just looks neat and professional. Jesse was polite and respectful to me, the homeowner, and did a great job of communicating what was being done. I have already let Keith Lindberg at Lomardo Pools know how pleased I am with the service by Arc Electric. Keep up the good work. I highly recommend your company.

I had a serious emergency, like OMG, if I don't get someone here right NOW... and this guy was amazing!!!

Backstory: The sewage ejection pump FAILED on our home. This pump keeps raw sewage from backing up into my home because my home is below the roadway level. It failed. Alarm on it went off, red light flashing and horn blaring warning, I freaked out, called a plumber emergently, he came and said no, its electrical- not plumbing. The box was fried. So called Carolina Blue Electric and once I explained, he was at my door in 20 minutes!

He worked his tail off, managed to save the unit, spent a ton of time sorting it out to ensure working properly (I was having nightmares I would go to bed and wake up with raw sewage in my house) and showed me everything, reassuring me that it's fixed and working.

Thank you so much!!!! Awesome service!! Absolutely cannot give this guy enough stars! Will never use anyone else!
