Great company! Very professional!

Work was done well and quickly. We contracted them to replace the ceiling fan receiver for our new remote since our old one broke. We bought the remote and receiver prior to the technicians arrival. It probably took him less than 10 minutes to complete the work and we were changed $135 a bit pricey if you ask me.

FR Electric is so awesome! I was connected with them through Home Depot's Pro Referral program and they did not disappoint. We wanted to start a few lighting projects, including adding ceiling lights to a few rooms and getting an existing light fixed that suddenly stopped working a few months ago. Santiago came out for a free estimate and answered a bunch of my questions. The estimate was super reasonable so we scheduled them to come out the next week. They were timely, professional, and did a fabulous job. They provided the can lighting fixtures so that I didn't need to provide anything. They even fixed our broken light for free and cleaned up after themselves. I can't wait to schedule some more projects because they made it so easy!

You literally cannot beg these people to call you back to fix their mistake. Bought a Wade Jurney home where they did the electric and we’re under a 2 year warranty. None of the outlets in one of our rooms work. I’ve been calling them for MONTHS now to get them to fix it, as well as our representative from WJ Homes calling them, and they still will not call us back. You would think that checking to see if the outlets they installed worked properly would be something they would’ve done before leaving the job, but I guess not. Clearly quality isn’t important to them.

I’ve called these guys a few times now. First after a lightning strike, they fixed everything and got everything up and running and assisted with insurance verbiage. Then at my new house installed a subpanel in my garage. Every time they come out they are professional and do a fantastic job. I DIY as much as I can, they’ll install anything I feel is over my head but will explain what I need to do if I’m going to do it myself. I had another electrician (hired by someone else) that couldn’t figure out a problem. Lou troubleshot it, told me how to fix it, and I was able to finish the job I needed. This company is a gem and I’ll never use anyone else.

I’ve had these guys do work for me a couple of times and they are great. Very professional. Show up on time, advise me on different ways to accomplish what I’d like to have done, and complete the job thoroughly including cleaning up after themselves. Highly recommend!
