Our air-conditioning went out last night. I called BRIX and they were here this mornning. They had all the parts on the truck and fixed our air-conditioning very quickly. Very professional, knowledgable service. I asked how they got to me so fast? I was told the Business is based out of South Reno. So South Reno residents, if you want a neighbor to work on your house, BRIX specializes in South Reno.

Fast service and a great plumber

Dave installed a Badger garbage disposal that I had purchased from Home Depot. He was professional, answered all my plumbing questions, arrived as scheduled, was able to use old electrical cord saving me some money, and leaned up leaving no mess.

The best service!

Called on Friday and they arrived without the proper equipment and was told to call back on Monday to have someone with a longer snake come by.After waiting ALL weekend and calling first thing this morning, we find out that that piece of equipment is not in working order, thanks for the call back to let us know. We will not be using your company in the future.
