I called on a Saturday and the guy answering the phone said he wasn't sure if someone could come out, BUT Steve arrived at my door in less than and hour. He fixed the leaking pipe and checked other things I had a problem with. He was great!!! I had to have someone out for a clog in the toilet going to my septic and called on a Sunday and they sent someone out right away, NO upcharge for Sunday. This is a dependable company!!!

Great communication along the way… things didn’t go as planned and they worked with me to make the experience good even though- I will work with them again with confidence…

Dave came out to give an estimate to dig down and replace my back water valve that was no longer working. His estimate was competently priced and he took enough time to answer all of my questions. Since he was leaving on vacation and couldn't complete my job, without having me wait until he returned, he worked it out with the office to have the owner and another plumber do the job while he was gone. Alex (owner) and Gio arrived at my house to do the the job as promised and the work was completed within a few hours. They cleaned up after themselves and put my landscaping back as best as possible. I hope I don't need a plumber again but if I do, I will definitely contact this company again.

I came home from a weekend vacation and found that my water heater had decided to start leaking. After calling around to a couple of places, looking at Home Depot and Lowe’s, and doing some searching on yelp, I called royalty plumbing.

they gave me a straightforward quote, and didn’t include the add-ons that other companies did. They included everything at a reasonable price. When the technician arrived, he was professional and courteous. And, he got everything done quickly, and everything looked professionally installed once completed.

The install was 100 percent professional Dani was our installer she walked into more then was bargained for, but it did not phase her one bit when something popped up she faced with a curtious professional smile and fixed and updated a very out of date water heater. Thanks so much for the professional curtiousness. Mike and Lee came over to my rental house just to fix a leaky shower head. Not only did they get that done in a timely manner, they also gave me an estimate on a water line to my fridge and found a leak under my house. These guys killed it and with any other plumbing needs I may have I will definitely be requesting these two. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to and didn’t really have the time to. I don’t leave many reviews but I appreciate hard work when I see it. Thank you Mike and Lee.
