CAUTION I own several properties. I was charged twice for one job. I trusted Larkin with my credit card due to being out of state and they charged card twice. I asked for my money back and they did not return. Very dishonest tech. USE PURE PLUMBING. they are reputable and fair. Also, great fast work.

Fast response, professional work

Miguel with MG Drain has been my go to plumber for the past couple years. He is a true professional, communicates well, responds promptly, and does great work at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend MG Drain!

VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED
I call this company for a toilet leak hoping to find local company. The appointment was two days later and the leak had stopped for unknown reasons. While the plumber was there I asked about replacing two faucet shower valves and one spout. He took pictures (all he needed per plumber) and said would get back to me. I was charged the $89 evaluation fee and told it could be used on the repair of the valves and spout. During the service call the plumber did say it would cost over $700 to replace the actual fixture if i did not want to just replace the valves. A week Iater I contacted company (as agreed upon at evaluation)their return email stated the valves were discontinued and i will need to find new ones. I asked for the make and model needed but they said they didn't know. How did they know the valves were discontinued if they can't give vital info. I researched several suppliers who stated I need make and model again I asked I they could give info after several emails (in one of their emails they asked if I had original packaging) I was told it was a mixet brand and could get at home depot. Again I researched and found a product I thought was correct and sent part number to confirm I had the right part. Again I was told they don't know. How do they know you can get it at home depot if they don't know what part I need. The company has clearly stated that they will not warranty any work if they did not provide the actual value. If the replacement valves are available at home depot why did they say the valve was discontinued. I have tried numerous time to get the correct part to replace the valves. This company has given me the total runaround and charged for a evaluation in which they provided no information other that they don't know. The latest email I received said the valves were extremely old and used in low end motels. They also have not seen in 10 to 12 years. They did send me a link easy to install with a screw driver which did not work. Their advise is I replace with somthing from moen or Kohler which will cost me at least $700 apiece and I will need to hire another company to fix the tile which they would need to remove. I originally gave the company a three but after the latest round of emails I lowered it to a one.

I read the owners response and totally disagree with the reply. As stated in my review the only real option I was given was to replace the entire unit not just the valve. All I requested was the correct make and model of the valves so I could try to obtain them for replacement. Instead of getting the information I got the runaround.

US Plumbing provided professional and high quality work at a reasonable price! Great service can be hard to find especially when you need help quickly. Dave came out to give an estimate to dig down and replace my back water valve that was no longer working. His estimate was competently priced and he took enough time to answer all of my questions. Since he was leaving on vacation and couldn't complete my job, without having me wait until he returned, he worked it out with the office to have the owner and another plumber do the job while he was gone. Alex (owner) and Gio arrived at my house to do the the job as promised and the work was completed within a few hours. They cleaned up after themselves and put my landscaping back as best as possible. I hope I don't need a plumber again but if I do, I will definitely contact this company again.

Clark was very professional. He detected what was wrong in timely manner and fixed the problem immediately!! Thank you guys for being so efficient !!

In praise of On Point Plumbing

We converted a bath tub to a shower and a dual lav to a single. Lots of plumbing involved. We engaged Mike Salazar of On Point Plumbing for the job. The quality of his work is outstanding. From the soldering of the copper pipes to the re-alignment of the lav plumbing, Mike’s superior skill was demonstrated. The supplier of fixtures and parts was less than efficient and Mike had to make repeated visits to install them as they came in. He did so without complaint, without added charges over a period of two months. Logan replaced the water heater at our home. Logan was very polite, and did a great job on the install. After the install, we had the building inspector come out for the final inspection and it passed with no issues whatsoever.

Mike and Lee came over to my rental house just to fix a leaky shower head. Not only did they get that done in a timely manner, they also gave me an estimate on a water line to my fridge and found a leak under my house. These guys killed it and with any other plumbing needs I may have I will definitely be requesting these two. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to and didn’t really have the time to. I don’t leave many reviews but I appreciate hard work when I see it. Thank you Mike and Lee.
