We called John Henry do to a heat pump issue. The office assistant was the most friendly and helpful person I have ever spoken to. She listened to my concern and was able to schedule someone to come out promptly and when it fit into my schedule. This also gave me confidence in their future work.

The heating and air guy came out as schedule (and I appreciated seeing how far out he was to plan and be ready when he arrived). One here he was friendly, professional and helpful informing me in what I needed. I felt like he listens to my concern and he called his supervisor on the spot to ensure he was able to help with my unique debacle.

His initial visit gave me piece of mind in future services and I’m glad they will be back out to finish working on my unit soon!

The show room is gorgeous with great visuals. Trish made the experience very fun, she gave thoughtful input and made it very easy to be decisive. I could tell she was really listening to what we wanted when she offered solutions and ideas, and was great at keeping style and budget in mind and has been very attentive outside of the showroom, researching different things for us and responding to emails. I would highly recommend her, their inventory is awesome too.

These guys are amazing! Our faucet completely broke down on us. These guys got us the new parts and explained how to fix the many problems we were facing. Love the small business approach and the one on one communication we received! Got the whole system back together and all the problems solved in less than 30 minutes. Absolutely fantastic! This is the third time over the last two years I have used Bethany Repair Plumbing. They communicate very well, arrive when expected. When they leave the area is always cleaning then when they arrive - and these are some dirty issues. They are very professional and polite! The price always seems very reasonable.

I got several estimates to replace a bad sewer line from the house to the street. From the first call I they were very professional, gave me a great estimate and a timeline of work to be done. The guys showed up exactly on time and worked for several hours and got the job done. They dug up the old sewer and replaced it with new plastic pipe, and in the process kept my sidewalk in tact, which saved me money. I would definitely recommend Dworak Plumbing.
