2/17/2022Alan did a thorough job cleaning and servicing my furnace. We we went over questions I had and he showed me how to change the humidifier filter. I was very impressed with his thoroughness and the way he explained things in a way I could understand.Alan D was very thorough in checking my air conditioning and heat pump. He answered all of my questions and explained about the humidifier, marking it to make remembering which setting is for heat and which is for cool. He explained the check up sheet to me and talked to me about keeping the heat pump clean from cottonwood cotton. I was familiar with some of the information but he did not make me feel stupid as he explained things. I was very impressed.3/23/21There were two technicians today, Alan and a woman whose name I’ve forgotten. Both were very knowledgeable and answered my questions. I was impressed with both in their knowledge and the work they performed on my furnace. I had a number of questions because my this is a relatively new furnace and very different than what we had before. I really appreciated the information.

They are excellent! I would highly recommend them. I had some issues last spring with our pipes and another company. That is when I called Morehead and Mike from Morehead stepped right in and was awesome!! I have had them come out one other time for a small problem and they made me feel not at all dumb for the issue. I will use them again when/if any other problems arrive, thanks!

Josh was on time, professional, did great work, and did not over charge. I feel the work he did was done right and best of all, he was able to get us scheduled very quickly! He was even so kind to provide us with an extra part we needed to finish our bathroom project at no charge. We will definitely call him back for future projects. Highly recommend!

I contacted this company to address small list of repairs. The call was smooth and the appt was scheduled in the next week. The repair person was pleasant and on time. I needed to replace the bottom guides on two bypass sliding closet doors and hang a new bifold closet door at our back entry - plus three other items.

The repair guy was able to complete the first two items at the initial visit with a promise of a bid for the other three. The new guides were installed quickly and correctly. I received the bid for the other items in a very timely manner.

The problem was with the bifold door. I had purchased the door, stained and finished it myself. I knew it was about an inch longer than the original door and would need trimmed. When the repair person cut the door he neglected to protect the finish with masking tape and the laminate chipped off and the cut was not smooth or straight! (And he installed the door knob several inches higher than any door handle I’ve ever seen?!) After I said I was disappointed he did apply a discount.

I wouldn’t have this person do any type of finish work. We probably won’t have this company again. Only based on the quality of the work. Everything else was fine!

I was trying to merge into traffic and someone driving a victory plumbing truck finally let me in. It says alot about people and their character (patient's) by the way they drive. I have never worked with victory plumbing but I just might have to call them if I have any plumbing needs

No even for an error hire this people. They will take your money and will do nothing! they will vanish!. Be careful about them. You will end in the Small Claim Department in the Omaha City. Do not work with them! Do not believe in this guy Willi. Be careful!
