Called Eric at 8:15 am the day after Christmas. My kitchen sink was unclogged broken 9:45. Yes!!!

Mike explained my new house’s air conditioning unit. He gave me advice on many different things on my unit and the furnace. He answered my questions. He was polite and knowledgeable and helpful! Thanks, Mike!!!!

I would rate them a 0 if I could, I had them come to fix some plumbing issues and to fix a leaking problem underneath my sink and it is still leaking. I contact them and left a voicemail and they never return my call!

I was on the interstate this morning and one of their vans almost caused an accident! They were driving so recklessly, following super close and speeding, with all the business information clearly available. I thought of calling them but I feel like customers should know to look out for these vans on the road. Hopefully this company will now make sure it’s employees are driving safely.

Bill was friendly, fast and thorough. This was our first plumbing issue and the prices were very reasonable. We will definitely be using NxtGen for any future plumbing! :)

The first time I used Handyman Connection was absolutely amazing, the workman came in gave me a bid and scheduled to do the work. We even asked for a bid on another project and he gladly gave us one. The work to be done was to take a day and a half. After the first day he was 85% done and was scheduled to come back the next day. For whatever reason he didn’t come back, so we had to wait for a handyman to become available to finish, after 2 missed appointments ( there was always some excuse) we finally got someone here to finish the work. So, now today I take the day off work to have someone come in and bid a job and once again, another excuse of why they make it. I would not recommend this company they are not very reliable. Their craftsman may be good but the scheduling department needs some improvement.

After talking with the owner of Handyman Connection, he wanted to see how he could help clear up any issues that I had with the scheduling. Dave is a great guy with a great company and we were able to discuss my disappointment and come to a mutually beneficial solution to the problem. He really cares about his clients and it shows that he is willing to go above and beyond to make sure they are satisfied. I’m improving this review from a 1 star to 5.

We have used Harris plumbing for multiple projects from replacing worn out shut off valves, water heater repair, water heater replacement as well as replacing the shut off valves and supply lines for our sprinkler system. They have also given us recommendations for contractors to snake our drain to the street when our kid put the thanksgiving potato peels down the drain. We plan to use them to convert our main floor laundry into a Half Bath. They are prompt, clean, professional and reasonably priced.

We really appreciated this plumber because when we asked about having some work done that our home inspector recommended he said that it was costly and completely unnecessary. He could have just taken our money/ripped us off but he didn't. Would highly recommend for fair honest work. The price for the work he did do for us was very reasonable.

No even for an error hire this people. They will take your money and will do nothing! they will vanish!. Be careful about them. You will end in the Small Claim Department in the Omaha City. Do not work with them! Do not believe in this guy Willi. Be careful!
