They had all of the equipment they needed on their truck. The technicians that come, are very respectful of my home. They put the slippers on their feet. They’re very informative, polite and kind. JT & K were contracted by my home owner's warranty. They called me promptly to set up an appointment. They were willing to come same day.

They called when they were on the way. Arrived promptly. They were friendly and professional. They clearly explained to me what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. After they finished they again explained what was done. The entire time they were very friendly and personable.

I will definitely be calling them for my plumbing needs once my warranty has expired.

Called in for service., Never got called back. Wasted 5 hours of my day. Call multiple times and still no response. Will not recommend This company to anyone!!!

I got several estimates to replace a bad sewer line from the house to the street. From the first call I they were very professional, gave me a great estimate and a timeline of work to be done. The guys showed up exactly on time and worked for several hours and got the job done. They dug up the old sewer and replaced it with new plastic pipe, and in the process kept my sidewalk in tact, which saved me money. I would definitely recommend Dworak Plumbing.
