Best Plumbers in Saint Louis, MO

I thought I was contacting Aries Plumbing, but apparently PK Plumbing had bought them out. my initial call to the company was quickly responded to, but they charged $500 to install a faucet (which we purchased ourselves). also, the worker had his phone on the entire time, listening or watching some program. very unprofessional. they were supposed to come back to look at another job. never heard back from them, even after several calls made to them. then the newly installed faucet started having problems. called them again and again, no response. had to hire a different company to fix the problem. I would not recommend this company.

Tom arrived promptly and was super knowledgeable. Used the jet to clean our lateral. We got to watch the video feed as he inspected our lateral to ensure we were satisfied with his work. He was super nice and it was a pleasure having him as our technician. 10/10 would recommend.

Unprofessional, the woman at the front desk hangs up on people and calls it an accident. Won’t call people back. Can’t keep their information straight and WILL NOT show up for their appointments. What a sham of a company. Ruined our yard and refuses to come back and fix it.

I originally called Roto-Rooter and they were a no show so I called SMP and the Manager John David gave me a reasonable quote and showed up 15 min early. I was very satisfied with the work and outcome.
He even charged me less than the original quote. I would definitely refer this company to my friends and family.

Adam serviced our system and did an excellent job on maintaining our system and throughly answering all our questions and explaining how the system functions.

My place was out in St. Charles County. This office was very professional and extremely kind. He transfer me to another Rooter plumber contact in OFallon, Mo. I truly appreciated the time spent with me. I will be contacting him again for further improvements in my South County home. Wish the the best. It completely turned my distress in our success.

Awful, untrustworthy company, if you use this snake get a specific contract. He lacks completing his work.
