I hired Honor from an Angie's List offer to do a furnace maintenance service. My technician, Jim Morrison was friendly, and seemed knowledgeable. However, I'm confused... Jim often referred to the office, and the owners in regard to how they track the employees and make sure employees don't run-up jobs, etc. However, a couple days later I was taking to someone who claimed to know Jim, and they told me that Jim IS the owner. What I'm confused about is, if that is indeed the case, why Jim presented himself to me as simply an employee of the company (a company he spoke very highly of - perhaps this is why).

I had an extensive plumbing problem which involved replacing all my sewer pipes the entire length of my split level home. I called numerous well known plumbing companies and none wanted to tackle such an extensive project. Vince from Byrd Plumbing in St Charles came out and did an assessment of the project. He gave me a bid that seemed reasonable. The plumbers who worked on the job were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They far exceeded my expectations in completing the work. When the project was finished, the cost was lower than I expected. Vince, the owner of the company, could not have been nicer. He is a genuine, sincere and honest man who I trust completely. I would highly recommend Byrd Plumping to any of my family or friends.
