After stringing me on for another twenty minutes, he then proceeded to to tell me that he wouldn't make it to this part of town until 9-10:00pm....REALLY!

You were never going to make it on time, and if you thought the job was to small to be worth your time.....you should have just said so! I would have gotten another competent plumbing company in the south county area a day sooner!

While I couldn't use them for my plumbing, they walked me through exactly what I needed to do to fix my issue, a video of how to do so, aswell as scams to avoid. Called to make appointment to unclog a drain and was told they don't do that and given a phone to a company in Union MO. Looked up both businesses on the BBB site, neither had glowing reviews. Seems a little sketch to me.

Without a doubt, Bill (William Coco's) main objective is to extract the most money from you as possible. My wife and I requested a quote from Cocos plumbing to do some work on our 1900 sqft basement that we are finishing out.

First, it is nearly impossible to get on their schedle without playing phone tag. They tell you that they cannot book appointments on behalf of the sales team and have to relay to a sales person to find a time that is convinent to them.

Secondly, they will show up late to your appointment. If they can't even show up on time for the estimate, you can figure out the rest.

Lastly, if you have any hopes of cutting costs by providing the fixtures that you, the homeowner, wants; you better forget it. They insist on selling you the entire package, from breaking the slab to installing fixtures and will not budge. After requesting that I provide the fixtures or they do so at cost, Bill became argumentative and we agreed that their way of operating was not a fit for our project.

If you have the desire to have the fixtures that you want, without massive markup, don't call these folks. If you have a hefty bank account and a thirst for unprofessionalism, please call Bill at Cocos Plumbing and give him a blank check.

I called with a main drain line problem and they were at my house within the hour. The service man Terry was helpful pointing out the problem and quickly fixed it. He also gave me a few pointers in preventative maintenance. Overall a great experience

Phil talked through what the issue was with me on the phone, I was able to text him pictures of the leak and what my issue was, and he sent someone out to check on it. They didn’t end up having to fix anything because it wasn’t a plumbing issue, but he called me to follow up and I appreciated the care that he gave my service request.
