After waiting till the second day (because they're not professional enough to stock each plumber with the right tool for the job) on the same service call, I had to call the plumber to confirm that he was still on the way, since he was 30 minutes late on the late afternoon scheduled appt...?

After stringing me on for another twenty minutes, he then proceeded to to tell me that he wouldn't make it to this part of town until 9-10:00pm....REALLY!

You were never going to make it on time, and if you thought the job was to small to be worth your time.....you should have just said so! I would have gotten another competent plumbing company in the south county area a day sooner!

Steve from Bieg came to work on my bathtub faucet that had been leaking ever since it was installed about six years ago. I have had at least five other plumbers look at it and they could never get it to stop totally. In the last few weeks, it became more of a steady stream of water rather than a leak. Steve managed to get it totally stopped and I couldn't be happier. He was thorough and extremely professional. He was also very friendly and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
