Awesome service! A once in lifetime arctic freeze (- 30 wind chill) with a burst basement pipe and they were here in 2 hours when no other service would respond. Fair price and I highly recommend them- Silvio was great.

I can't even begin to say how thankful my family is for these guys!! Thanksgiving day our sewer backs but, from our cleaning lady flushing Clorox wipes the day before. It was a really crappy situation. They came so fast and were more than fair on price.. Thank you SOOO Much!!!

We were having problems with our water heater and called Merlo to schedule an appointment. They said it would be 3 days before they could come out. We wait 3 days then no one shows up between the designated time we were given (1-4pm). I called and they said they had no record of our appointment. Will never call them again.

Excellent craftsmanship. St. Louis Handyman Services renovated my basement and master bath. They have also resurfaced the ceilings on the main level of my home adding LED lights. All the employees are very respectful, helpful and their work site is left clean. I have been a customer for 3 years and will definitely call them for any other projects.

Took my down payment and came out and started work but then never came back and finished. Stopped answering my phone calls. Stay away!
