Brian and his tech showed up promptly. They were both professional and informative on the issues with my clogged drain. I really appreciated that they cleaned up after themselves. I have used roto-rooter on other drain issues in my house and will continue to use them should I have any more drain/plumbing issues.

I needed a new garbage disposal. Dave K came out, quickly assessed the problem, discussed my 2 options and made a recommendation (actually of the less expensive one) and quickly installed the new disposal. He was professional (even wore shoe covers inside), polite, efficient, and very skilled. If you could request a plumber, he's the one I'd recommend. Roto-Rooter should do whatever needed to keep workers like him.

From the first phone call he knew exactly what i needed. . He was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered when i called, and keep me informed every step of the way. They were able to come out next day. Him and his employee came out on time. They answered all my questions. They did the job quickly and for a reasonable price. They were honest upfront. They let me know the issues and solutions without trying to over charge or make me do unnecessary fixes. I highly recommend this company. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs. K & Q Plumbing and Heating was very responsive. We made a next day appointment on the spot and agreed on approve. He showed up early, got the work done quickly at the price discussed. He also addressed another small plumbing issue at no extra cost. He is now my go-to guy. Great service and reasonable prices!!!

I would not recommend these jokers to anyone. After they left I ran into only more problems. Got another plumber in and sure enough the sink wasn't up to code, my bath drain leaked because they didn't replace a clearly rotted fitting, broke my grandfathers antique chair, ect.... Please for your home and future upkeep DO NOT call these guy's.
