Best Plumbers in Minneapolis, MN

This is an edit of a review from last year. I've had mixed results with MSP, a really good experience last fall with a boiler tune-up done by Zach and then installation of a mini-split A/C system in my 100+ year-old house in June. On the downside, at a free check-up with their service plan I had a technician give me a bid of about $500 (after discount) for a new toilet to replace one that was leaking from the bottom of the tank. I fixed the leak myself with input from a Home Depot sales guy and a $16 supply line. Recently I had my boiler replaced at half the price MSP gave me. Good work, pricing needs careful review.

Recently hired Mike/TradeCraft to tear out a 32x32 shower stall and replace with 34x48. Mike arrived on time, demo'd the walls, moved the drain and pipes, constructed a new stud wall and installed the shower kit. He cleaned as he went, and kept the noise to a minimum - i was on conference calls all day in my office upstairs and was not disturbed. A job well done.

We are very satisfied with the service provided in removing and installing our kitchen sink and faucet. He was timely, courteous, knowledgeable, and skilled. We will go to this business for additional work we are having done.

I hope not to need a plumber again but would absolutely use them. I highly recommend them.

I requested their services on 7/21 and paid $364 that included $69.00 for service call and the difference for whatever services they performed. on 7/30 I got drainage problem again and called them as i was told they will come back if the drain issue comes back. Chris, came back to told me this is not the issue he worked on last time he was here but the toilet is clogged. I asked him since it is a drainage issue, is it covered, he replied no it is not. I said fine. he left and his boss, Joe texted me and started threatening me and harassing me that i owe him via text and will not accept my call. I told him I don't think I owe him as it was the same problem. He told me he is going to take me to court and subpoena my tenants if I do not pay his $165.60 for the service call. I asked him to please send me the invoice and I will use my resources to determine if i owe him I will pay. he kept on saying You owe me and you will pay. I found it very unprofessional and threatening as a client. I am confused that the first time he will charge me $69.00 for service call and this time he wants $165.60. not sure what has changed. I am brining this to the community to be the judge and help me resolve this. Please stay away from them and make sure you don't give them your personal cell otherwise they will keep threatening you. I have the text messages saved if someone would like to see the proof. Now Joe, wants me to remove the review because he does not want people to see how he treats the clients. please refer to screen shot.

Great service at a fair price! Had them do a number of plumbing jobs on older house that many other firms didn't want to touch.

Good, honest work. Never had a bad experience with them!

So disappointed

Bob the plumber was prompt, friendly and did a great job installing my new water heater and removing the old one. Highly recommend him!

In doing a egress window install we ran into some mystery pipes that were long abandoned. The window company would not cut them so I called Cherry Plumbing and he was there within minutes. Quickly determined that they were empty abandoned pipes and cut them out of the way. The window company went back to work. Project saved.......

I'm a general contractor who has used ESP Companies for all of my remodeling for the past several years. They do excellent work, and are great at problem solving. Their flexibility, good attitude, and great ethics have them at the top of my list for any and all plumbing projects.

Was not available to give us service two weeks out

Dean’s was very prompt with replacing an electrical panel at my home. Matt did an amazing job replacing the panel and even rearranging wires to make sure everything was put in the proper place. He even walked through everything that was done and the reasoning behind it. Would definitely recommend Dean’s and will be using them in the future. Should also mention that Ian who came out and inspected the box yesterday also provided excellent service and walked me through what the issue was and what options were available.

Exceeding expectations for pricing and service. Cleared both toilets while increasing the flushing flow.
