Horrible customer service. Dishonest business practice. Was told I would get a call from the owner about a way that an employee spoke to me over the phone about the services. This employee was a plumber with the company. While on the phone with me he used vulgar language and false accusations. The company had no issue taking me call and my money. The story, the pricing, and rhe service i received was very different from the services I requested. When i tried to work with the company to find a solution, the customer service rep for the company led me to believe she was concerned as i was. Til this day i have no received even a courtesy call. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Allen Park Plumbing & Heating was the second company I called because the first plumber, who was also excellent, could not find the problem after 16 hours work on the drain. The owner of Allen Park Plumbing used a combination of many years experience, logic and a camera to locate and repair the problem. I would recommend him for all your plumbing issues.

Excitedly moved into my new home last summer only to experience a barrage of problems. After the initial basement and yard flooding I had a plumbing leak from the upstairs washroom that subsequently partially took down the ceiling in the spare bedroom. Turns out the plumbing was running uphill. Bubby's came in and completely redid the plumbing and I could see it was a challenge. It was apparent during that job that the toilet upstairs required a new flange so I just had them replace both toilets in the house so I would have no more issues. The shower drain upstairs had been installed incorrectly and Bubbys repaired and replaced parts... now it drains beautifully!
I wanted a new double sink to replace the single, sink in the kitchen. The single sink was an undermount under granite and the new double sink I bought was not quite the right size, also getting to the plumbing under the sink was a big challenge just to fit someone's shoulders to get in there and work. Again, the original plumbing was wonky and needed to be redone. This job was absolutely amazing. The owner himself came over to do it.
Finally, one thing I had budgeted for was a new dishwasher so I recently treated myself and bought a new dishwasher. Again, another challenging install for the guys. It required moving an electrical outlet in the basement, new plumbing and levelling (nothing they found was level with the old diswasher) and some pretty creative work to get it to fit in the existing cavity. The old dishwasher looked absolutely terrible the way it was installed and the new looks amazing.
This company answers the phone in person; actually they also have an anwering service and can take calls and messages when the office is closed. They make a booking for you, show up on time, have an automated billing process and you can send etransfer easily if you like.
The one thing I noticed is that each and every time workers came to the house they were all happy and they all spoke highly of the company they work for. Obviously they are treated well. If you have read this far, thanks, I know you will be happy with Bubby's Plumbing.

Ron was able to help us with a pretty serious drain issue at very short notice on a Saturday. Professional, friendly, dedicated service. Would absolutely use his services again.

Jim came out on time, and repaired several pieces of plumbing (two toilets, three sinks, and a bathtub) that I found were problematic. All were repaired at a reasonable price, and I liked the way he explained what he was doing for each repair. I would highly recommend him! A+++

Used them a few years ago and had good service. Called them several times a month ago and no response. Had to go to Richards plumbing to get my repair done.

This company was subcontracted by my contractor to do all new supply lines and some other jobs like moving the washer hook-up in my home. This was almost 2 years ago. I am just writing the review now because of the fact that almost everything they did has been redone since, they did poor work and nothing was to code. Everytime I have a plumbing issue it is because of this. Today, I am having my hot water heater replaced and the pex to copper connection is not up to code. I have had cracked fittings and leaks at several connection points as well. They couldn't even replace a shower head without it leaking within a month. Would not consider using them at all if I were you!

Avoid this place at all costs. They came to my house and replaced a sump pump. 15 minutes after they left, the sump pump alarm went off and, luckily, my cleaning lady was there to hear it. She went downstairs and found a burst pipe with water spraying everywhere on brand new carpet. I called the business right away and had them come back. They were able to come back and fix it. However, a quarter of the basement carpet was soaked with water. It needed to be extracted and they had initially agreed to pay for the damage. I texted the owner so I could send her the invoice and she acted she had no clue what I was talking about. I called her and she became very loud and unprofessional with me and stated that she would never pay for such a thing. She then proceeded to blame the pipe bursting on me. She said I caused it and I don’t know how I could do that while I was at work when this happened and it occurred 15 minutes after they left. She then ended the call in my face. Her name is Zainab and everyone should avoid her at all costs.
