Bob was awesome. He explained the issue really clearly and his work was prompt and affordable. He was also just really pleasant to work with. Would not hesitate to hire him again.

My work was scheduled quickly and conveniently. The plumber showed up on time and gave me a price up front. The work appears to be good. There was an accident that did some damage but the plumber cheerfully went to great lengths to mitigate the damage and Mike's was fully insured so the repairs were covered. I am sure that all companies have accidents sometimes but they probably don't all make it right afterwards. Mike's did that and I am a satisfied customer even after a problem.

I was giving Russ's Plumbing from a plumbing supply company. I got a quote over the phone that I thought was very reasonable and I used to be a License General Contractor and their price was within what I thought was proper. They were only a couple of hours from start to finish and installed a good quality water heater. Now on another note my last quote from another contractor was $4000.00.. Russ Plumbing was $2750.00 below that price. I will used them again. whenever. Thanks Russ

Frank and Sam arrived on time, listened, and explained everything well. They used a camera in my line and a metal detector to determine where my external sewer line was, and dug to unearth a clean-out that had been long buried under dirt and I had no idea I had. I could not have been happier with their expertise and determination in helping me with my problem, and I will use them for all my future business. No complaints, just gratitude, for them coming out and helping me so much in my backyard on a cold January morning.

These guys do the job once & always do it right. All while being professional, personable & most of all friendly. I was gave a price for a new toilet & shower/ tub install & pappy was out the following week. He went above & beyond to meet all of my wants. After he finished the job they were initially hired for I also had to the bathroom painted, barn door installed & spoke about other upgrades I want to do in my home. Just say I will be recommending DJ&E Plumbing to all my family & friends.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE JANUARY 2018.. PLUMBER CUT PERFECTLY GOOD PIPE ON PURPOSE TO CREATE MORE WORK AND THEREFORE MORE $. Plumber arrived to fix a pipe that had burst due to cold weather. When I showed him the problem, he also mentioned how the plumbing around the washer machine could use an upgrade, which was completely unrelated to the burst pipe. After he capped the burst pipe and when I left the room to turn the water to the house back on, he intentionally cut another pipe around the washer machine, so he would have to return to fix that issue and earn more business. After confronting him, he said he had to do it to fix the burst and it was evident he was lying. I have done several small plumbing jobs and am familiar with the process. He was fully aware I knew his antics. I also confirmed with the new plumber I hired that him cutting that pipe was completely unnecessary. Plumber was also rude. Dispatcher was nice over the phone. Needless to say I DO NOT recommend this company

Plumber needed assistance with projects! Neither issue was resolved after leaving and now cannot get a response from anyone on how to resolve the situation.

T&D Plumbing was contracted by NPL to disconnect, move and reconnect several A/C compressors as they did their work on the BGE gas line upgrade in my neighborhood in Bolton Hill. It was our great, good fortune to have had Jeff Martin and Ralph Collins to do the work for each of us. They both have a great sense of humor and respect each other beyond compare. They told each of us clearly and simply what they needed to do, what they saw in the condition of the units and assured us that the compressors would be fully functioning after their work is done. It is my experience that you get the bare minimum in such sub-contracted work. NOT SO WITH THESE TWO GENTLEMEN! They cleared leaves in my unit and washed it down and checked with gauges pressure and coolant levels and topped off. It is the nature of our yards that there is not much room to move. These guys found nothing to be a problem and offered their insight and suggestions as to what to expect from my older compressor and how to lengthen it’s life. I will definitely keep these guys and T&D Plumbing in my contacts!
