Within an hour and a half of calling, Austin was here and had the problem fixed! Both he & Miranda, who I spoke with on the phone, were so very nice. Very reasonable price for an amazing job well done!

Excellent service! Miranda is so friendly and did everything she could to work us in. I can't remember who came to our house (Kenny, Kevin, maybe?), but he was on time, professional, explained everything, cleaned up the area when he was finished, and was very nice to our two year old son that was very interested in what he was doing. Great business, we recommend them to everyone and will use them for all plumbing needs in the future!

They didn’t do a background check of Mr. Kirkpatrick’s son who was hired as an apprentice. He had priors for burglary and failed out of drug court. Unfortunately all of my things are gone now.

Great service and experience. My water heater failed on a weekend. They were the only local plumber to respond during the weekend and helped me with a value decision -- weekend work at overtime rates vs. waiting until Monday. I really appreciate their approach. By Monday afternoon I had a new water heater! Thank you!

I made an appointment for a garbage disposal installation and then called back to cancel after discovering the space under my sink and the electrical was probably insufficient for the installation. The plumber offered to come by and look at no charge. The plumber was prompt, very knowledgeable, friendly, and gave excellent advice. My existing deep sink and electrical would not accommodate a garbage disposal without major work and expense. This company is honest, knowledgeable and dependable....the kind of company you want to use! If I ever need a plumber, I will be calling them!
