We had a problem with our furnace that needed to be diagnosed and corrected. Two of our children had expressed very good service and experiences with Northeast Mechanical. I gave them a call and promptly scheduled a service call. Tom showed up on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was personable, professional, and offered appreciated comments about our system and possible maintenance options. We plan on using Northeastern for future assistance with our HVAC system.

This was the third company we called for the same problem with our AC. Called them at the recommendation of a friend. So glad we did! Technician knew immediately what the problem was. VERY reasonable price. Very professional. Would recommend to anyone!

Drains were plugged and i requested they go down the washer drain and he decided to go down the sink drain and busted my pipe off that goes into the wall and had to cut a hole in my wall an now my insulation is exposed. And my bill went from 180.00 to 385.00 he did a good job but very upset my pipe was broken and costed me more than i expected.

It is obvious that they take pride in their work! I appreciate their time, service, and expertise!

I'm sharing this on behalf of my mother. Repair person showed up, determined the problem wasn't in the house but rather the pumping station provided by utility company. Professional, good humored and very respectful. You gain a customer and potentially a second one. Thanks.

I could not find anyone else to do same day service. I was going out of my mind with no water and everyone booking into next week. They were out to unfreeze my pipes within a couple of hours of the initial phone call. Courteous and knowledgeable, I highly recommend!!!

This company is beyond crooked. They charged me overtime prices back in June to unclog the clean out on one of our rental properties. Just over a month later it was clogged again. I called a different company to come out and look at it and they said the line was only cleared a short amount. They cleared it way further than roto rooter and kindly informed me that that is what roto rooter is known for. Since having this issue and talking with other customers, I am shocked at the 5 star reviews.
