Shame on this business. Levi and Sons Electricians hires very poorly skilled customer service agents. Here’s exactly what just happened to me. To the tee.
Called the number from Google.
“Brenda” answered.
She sent me to a hold line. No problem.
The automated system couldn’t recognize a zip code less than 5 minutes away from their office. Fine. Had to call back.
*2nd call* I advised Brenda the automated system wasn’t working properly, she immediately threw me back in it. Same scenario.
*3rd call* I politely asked to not send me to the automated system. She did anyways without a word.
*4th call* the number was disconnected Seriously? And I was being polite the entire time. Unbelievable

Check my history for reviews. Rarely do I spend time leaving comments for businesses. The outlet for my dishwasher went out. Need an electrician. Don’t call these people. Also, if you get the exact same experience, please leave a review as well and let Google know. Thank you

I scheduled my regular A/C tuneup with Godby. My technician was Dan Adams. He was very professional and cleaned my unit like it hasn’t been done before. He noticed some unusual noises coming from the compressor. He checked and my unit is still under warranty. Parts have been ordered. Completely satisfied. I have been a Godby customer for 45 years, in the same house! It’s gotta be Godby.

I’ve used their services to fix home inspection items needing done before i sold my home. All items were fixed correctly.

Bruce was a refreshingly friendly and a genuinely nice person. contacted for a possible outlet trouble which he helped me troubleshoot and resolve the same day. Efficient, honest, and helpful. I endorse and will be using him in the future.

Jefferson, Electric Has continued to impress me with their top talent, customer service, workmanship, and integrity. I’ve had them perform work for me on several occasions, and they were so easy to work and so professional I couldn’t ask for a better company to work with. They uncovered electrical issues at a family members home that was not discovered during the inspection and repaired it at a very reasonable price. I had a whole house surge protector put in that now gives me peace of mind, and was a very fair price as well. Could not recommend the more.

Ron from Indy Electric was professional and competent in repairing our electric meter box. He patiently worked with IPL to minimize the time our home would be without power. He was very personable and a good communicator. The cost for his services was very reasonable for the time he spent. I highly recommend Indy Electric.

Patrick was incredibly kind and humble, and did an absolute AWESOME job installing my ceiling fans. He came up with a work around in order to install my ceiling fan in the kitchen. This guy quoted me a price of $275 dollars to run three feet of wire. Beware!! My Doctor doesn't even make 1100 dollars an hour.
