They are very thorough very knowledgeable and they know how to get the job done and they do it right the 1st time. I didn't hire them but the realtor of the seller of the house that we bought hire them to fix some electrical that was found faulty on the home inspection prior to the sale of the house. I knew something was wrong when we got the invoice and it had a whole bunch of things listed on it but it was inaccurate to what was supposed to be done. I attempted to call them to inquire about the work they did and just generally ask them what they encountered when they were working, you cannot talk to them directly on the phone they will only talk to you in text message which I find very unprofessional and frustrating. The person I texted with had no idea what they did with the house and when I ask them to politely write up a statement and email it to me they refused and then they ghosted me. We had the house re-inspected a day prior to closing and none of the electrical was fixed. in the end the seller had to fork over additional $500 to us so we could the electrical fixed.

@Bard Bade, I had my own electrician go back not only did we find that the work done by the electricians was substandard but also extremely dangerous and not up to code. The outlets were not properly installed nor were they functional, several outlets were found to be defective and had to be completely removed and thrown away and real new ones installed. the ceiling fan in the master bedroom and that they were supposed to fix not only did they not fully screw it back into the ceiling upon working on it myself the ceiling fan came out of the ceiling because the screws to it were missing from the electrician fiddling with it nor was that fixed either. The heating and air conditioning guy that you hired is a criminal and is not licensed. I hire another HVAC professional who found several problems with the furnace and was able to test the AC in the winter. The plumber that you hired did not fix the toilets, he replaced the toilet valves with old valves from obviously another toilet they did not fit properly nor did he replace any flappers in the toilets and all the toilets are running in the house when we moved in. If you what proof I have a stack of it and I can provide you with affidavits from actual licensed professionals.

King Electric has done many projects for us in our old historic home in Ft. Ben. John is always honest and truthful with the level of effort to complete the job. His work is excellent and has stood the test of time. We have used John for re-wiring jobs, new electrical in an attic and garage, several new receptacles, lots of new light fixtures including moving of the light locations. I would highly recommend King Electric for anyone who needs quality electrical work.

Extremely reliable and professional. We were helped by the most wonderful electrician today. He was kind, courteous, patient & extremely informative. He explained all of our issues to us relating to the age of our house and what to look for. He even helped me change a lightbulb in a ceiling fan I was not able to access. Blown away by the level of service this company provided. Highly recommend!

Thomas was quick at getting back to me and was able to come out quickly to change our wifi hookup to a different room. He only charged us for materials that he used and even cleaned out old wires for us! I would use him again for any electrical needs.

Best Commercial Electrician in Indy.

Called AGS Electric today and was very happy with the work and price! I previously had two other companies out and their quotes were astronomical. My father in law had suggested what the likely problem was but the other companies showed up prepared to rewire my whole house. And quoted me as such! As a woman I should not feel obligated to have a man in tow every time I need a car repair or a leaky faucet tightened. AGS was very honest and fair. I would definitely recommend them for whatever your electrical needs are. Oh, they also do a number of other home repairs including remodels. I would definitely feel comfortable calling them again! Ben and his crew have put in recessed lighting, outdoor lighting, outdoor receptacles and a few other things during our renovations. They are affordable and professional. On time and clean up any mess. They have been willing to take time to share ideas and not rush the job.
