I can’t say enough about my experience with MW. We had our home remodeled and a different company did all the work. Of course they did a terrible job and we were forced to hire someone to fix what we already had done! MW was so great through the whole process, explained what needed done, quoted fairly and was able to complete the required repairs faster than I anticipated. Will definitely be calling them again I. The future, they just got themselves a customer for life.

First, I had to call this company multiple time before I could get someone to come to the house. I specifically explained to the lady on the phone that my dishwasher had a burning smell and that I had some circuit breaker issues. We the guy named Josh came this morning, I explained the same thing. He never said anything about not being able to look into what was wrong with the dishwasher, this was the main reason I called their company, He checked the circuit breaker for the dishwasher and saw it didnt trip off. At about 15mins , he came up and told me my bill was $155 and I asked if all was well. He said he couldn't do anything for me and I had to call Samsung to fix the Dishwasher. He immediately became aggressive as it was all about the money. I couldn't wait for him to leave. I wrote the check and that was it. Horrible experience. I am going to pretend I lost the $150 which can happen ones in a while.

Update on this case at at 06232022, I got a call from the owner Mr. Rocky, he explained that they don't handle non electrical issues and that there was a miscommunication between me and the tech. He has been magnanimous and waved the initial fee and i will only be paying $30 for the circuit breaker repair. For this reason I thank him for his professionalism and kindness. My review has been changed to a 5 because that is all what customer service is about.

Very professional and knowledgeable team. Installed 8 lights in my barn/garage about 6 months ago and was very quick. They also cleaned up after them selves and took the trash with them. I will be using them again and will recommend them to others.

We were having issues with our fuse box last month. Needless to say, with MW’s amazing customer service and professionalism of its laborers it was fixed in a short amount of time MW is the pinnacle of excellence when it comes to your electrical needs and we can’t thank them enough for getting us back up and running in such a short amount of time!

Jaime came and changed out three of my old outside lights to new LED lights which look amazing and make it so much brighter at night. He also updated all of my outlets in the entire house. He was very nice and I was comfortable with him in my home! I will be using MW electric in the future.

Ok, well i was in need of a couple quotes for a job at my company. I called around, found this company and that one . I had a SEVERE issue with one such business and was about to blow a gasket. Until I called MW_Elecric. Spoke with a representative named Robyn and wow she was great! Kind of told her the issue and the next couple days we spoke and I have to say Robyn and MW are hands down one of the best electric companies I've ever spoken with . If I was to upload our conversations I don't think anyone would disagree, this lady was truly 💯! She wasn't trying to sell me or give me the run around, she was truly concerned with my issues and wanted to get them fixed .

GREAT guys, showed up when they said they would, went over my issues, fixed everything I needed, replaced a few plugs, and installed new lights for me! Was HIGHLY satisfied,! Even fixed a ground issue I didn't know about!

I had them run a new 50a outdoor breaker for my hotub and upgrade an existing 100a panel to 200a. Very prompt and professional. Finished the job without a punch list.
