Brett of Mr. Sparky was very thorough in his explanation of what needed to be done for our project. He was upto date on all the codes and regulations for our area. He was very conscientious of making sure he entered and exited the house with proper clean shoe coverings.

Zach was great from start to finish. I got an estimate the day after my inquiry. Scheduled the service to fit my time frame. The work was finished on time. Everything was cleaned up when finished.

I had a power outage due to poor electrical work that caused a fire. AES had to shut off my power and required me to call an electrician. On a busy 4th of July weekend Alphonzo helped me to get my electrical needs done for AES to restore my power. Will definitely recommend his business and use again.

We had some issues which caused us to lose power completely in one room and partially lose power in another room and a bathroom. Scheduling was easy over the phone. Paul called me 15 minutes prior to his arrival and he arrived on time. He was friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. He went through each of the three rooms to diagnose the issue, found it, and fixed it. I would recommend using 21 Electric.

Wow! Fast meter tagging services! We called several electrical contractors to get our meterbox inspected and tagged because the power company said we needed to get a Licensed Electrician to do the work. All of the other electrical contractors said they were booked out over a WEEK and couldn’t get to us till then. But we needed a meter tag the sameday when we were calling around and we couldn’t wait a long time. We got fortunate and found KJ Electric and saw that they do meter tagging in Indianapolis. KJ Electric was able to inspect and meter tag the sameday. We highly recommend KJ Electric for any who needs their meterbox tagged. Right on.

Fabulous! They did a great job and went above and beyond and left my house spotless. And even rescheduled at the last minute to accommodate a napping toddler. They charged me less than they had quoted on the phone — I wouldn’t have known any different but they are honest and kind. 10/10 will use again!

They came out to hook up a desiccant needed to dry out our crawl space. When they connected the desiccant, they disconnected our central air without our permission or knowledge. And did not re-connect our central air until the following day. The unit has not worked since they disconnected it.
