Long story short - I called and quickly received a call back. I explained my worries and issues with my very old pipes in the house. The owner explained very carefully what they do and how they do it. Scheduling was extremely easy. Each step of the way no matter if there was an issue or not - was explained to me. The process was fairly non invasive for me and my family as they worked on the pipes throughout the house. They were neat, thorough and honestly cared about the house itself taking as many precautions as necessary in going through the pipes. YES!, I absolutely would recommend this company (Trench-less Sewer Line Repairs) ! They have patience and will answer all questions. Their responses were quick and work was smooth. It is rare to find quality and care in a company - My family and I are more than pleased!

We had a clog in our upstairs bathroom sink and had 3 loose faucets that needed tightening. So we called Williams Plumbing. We were told it would be a $110 service charge to come out. When the tech arrived, he inspected the clog and the 3 loose faucets. He then told verbally told us that it would be 110 for the clog and 1/2 a service charge($55.00) to tighten the faucets. We agreed to the price and assumed it would take 1-1/2 hours. The tech finished the entire job in 15-20 minutes so we thought it would be less. We asked him about it and he explained they did not work by the hour but by the quoted job. I had agreed to the verbal quote so I paid him. It is my entire fault for assuming and not asking for clarification on how long it would take when he quoted me the $165.00. I will say the tech was proficient and fixed our clog and tightened the 3 loose faucets. Just be aware that the quoted rate for smaller jobs may be exorbitant in relation to the time it takes to fix the problem. We will be looking for a new plumber the next time.

We've worked with Bob for a variety of projects in a condo and now a house - water heater replacement, fixing some plumbing issues in a shared bathroom wall, and recently the addition of a new bath.

Bob is punctual and reasonably priced, and has done a really nice job on the various projects. I've appreciated that he's more than happy to walk through what or why he's doing something, or talk through possible options - as someone who considers himself a bit handy but not a plumbing expert, it's nice to learn a bit about the work being done.

best company ever

Had a gas leak in our home that they came out and fixed. They came right away and searched the entire house for a leak. Even after they found the source of the leak they kept checking to make sure there were not multiple leaks. Fixed the leak right away for a fair price. Would definitely use them again.

John came out an hour after I called him on a Friday afternoon and fixed/replaced a leaking pipe in our crawlspace. He was prompt, professional and reasonably priced. Will definitely use him again!
