I have been a service manager for 12 years here in the valley and I have operated with many floor vendors. The immediate call back and respond time from my reps at Carpetturn is what sets the bar high. Time and time again Booke, Erika, Dante or Kristina responded immediately and got me scheduled and provided excellent service. From carpet installs or repairs to hardwood and vinyl flooring, these guys know their stuff. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

One of the worst companies I've ever worked for. Constant inappropriate behavior. High school drama. Favoritism. Supervisor and managers are disrespectful and do not care about your success as an employee. Training was ridiculous and they do not care. Its a joke how bad training is around the office. Lindsay Anderson(Director) laughs about it. Things weren't going good for the company as a whole. Constant mistakes. Losing money and bad service. That's why the turnover rate is really high.

We had new flooring installed in our entire home (2200 sq ft) by Express Flooring. Dealing with Express Flooring was great. Calls were returned promptly, my contact, April, was always friendly and courteous. The install crew led by Clemente were extremely friendly helpful on moving things around, keeping dust and debris to a minimum. They also cleaned at the end of every day.Yes, this was a huge job, but it went well considering what was done.If you're considering flooring, ensure April is your store contact and Clemente is your installer.

Quality customer service. I was always kept in the loop with everything and the process. I re-sanded and finished my wood floors with Golden Touch Interiors, and they did a phenomenal job. My new wood floors are very shinny and look brand new. I am very happy and a satisfied customer.

I was referred to Bentley Carpet from my realtor and was very pleased with their pricing, installers and customer service. They came out to my house, showed me some carpet and were able to install it very quickly at a much lower price than Home Depot and even a discount carpetdealer.

We have used Hernan’s Custom Tile and Stone several times in the past 6 years. We have had tile flooring installed as well as counter-to-ceiling kitchen backsplash, bathroom tile repair, and a floor-to-ceiling layered stone living room wall. All projects are beautifully done. We wanted to replace the carpet in our central Phoenix home and had no idea where to start. We wanted to try to stay within our local area and find a family operated business. I did some searching and found J&B and went and spoke with them. They were very nice and knowledgeable...obviously this is a long standing Phoenix business with tons of experience. Vikki and her mother (Nola?) came over to our house with samples and helped us out with advice along the way. The price seemed reasonable and the installation was great. Their installer was obviously an expert and helped move the furniture too. They even designed and made a rug for under our dining room table which looks great.
