Did an excellent outstanding job installing our chain link fence. He was accommodating and even redid a part of a previous installed portion of the fence.

I called needing supply parts & the guy didn't have what I needed in stock. However, he recommended a company that did. It's that type of mindset that it's ok to help even if it isn't you yourself selling the product that makes me think this company is decent.

Had a fence installed when I bought the house two years ago. Reached out In the first year when the fence stopped working and a board was split. Was told they would come by and fix it, didn’t show up on two separate occasions and haven’t made any contact. This was a small wood fence, but it shouldn’t need repairs the first year in or to be replaced two years in. ?‍♀️

We hired Accurate Concrete and Fence to build a fence around our pool. Chris was very knowledgeable about the regulatory requirements for putting up a new pool fence and went over the best design options for our backyard. I am very satisfied with the final result and can tell it was built with a high level of attention to detail. Will hire again for other projects.

I have a beautiful new Diamond Iron wrought iron fence with a wide gate that swings out to the golf course. It took longer, given the support wall
had to be repaired and re-stuccoed by a separate block crew, a project in itself, so the old fence had to come down for the length of that project.
Diamond Iron knew at once that I would need a temporary chain link fence, as we have a pool that would have created a safety hazard. So that
was the first thing they brought without me even asking. Given there were so many phases, I had the chance to meet many of the different crew members individually. Every single one of them was respectful, showed up on time, worked very hard work and just wanted to please. Given anything and everything that can go wrong in a complex project in this day and time, we had a couple of hiccups. In this day and time, when anything and everything can go wrong, what you often see is the company glossing things over and you just hang on for the ride. Not with this company. When we had a hiccup, the Controller of Diamond Iron, Vanessa Lindley handed the President of Diamond Iron, Chris Blauvelt a note from me. Four hours later, Chris was at my door to see for himself how he would move things along. Now that never happens, in this day and time.

I don't like service companies. I don't like their goals, their charges, and their markup. They generally seem to turn a $100 part into a $500 bill.

Park Pro clearly isn't running a charity, but in the world of expensive gates, it's difficult to find someone who knows how the gates work. And the parts are typically not off of the shelf, so it's hard to trouble shoot it unless you have the parts and the expertise.

They have the parts and they have the expertise.

It's not a charity, it's a business. But, I'm giving them 5 stars because for a company this large they are responsive, honest, and while hardly cheap the markup is visible at perhaps 35% and the labor rates are basically fair for the quality of people that they put on the job.

I wish that there were someone cheaper and smaller (as in one guy and a truck) that I could use, but as big repair companies go they are pretty good.

All the way from the initial quote, to the scheduling, to the confirmation of appointment and the Install, was completely professional and of high quality. I've been using these GUYS for years on my apartment complexes and highly recommend. They are super friendly, responsive, reasonably priced and are always great to work with!

I've been looking for a fence that would fit my budget, but also look good and last. And then I found them, and they made it happen. The fence is perfect, and so easy to work with. I can't wait to see what they come up with next!

I contacted the CFO David about a job I needed done asap. He came out the next day and looked at the work that needed to be done, said it would be easy. A couple of days past by and he told me he was waiting on supplier info, and that he would have an answer by end of day. He never got back to me, and completely stopped returning my phone calls and emails. If he was unable to do the job, he should have called back and said so, no problem. But the choice to ignore a potential client, goes to show the level of care and professionalism this man/company have. Also, they are more expensive than their competitors. Dont bother with them, they will waste your time.

Would not return my calls. Left several messages. Called every day for a week with no results. There guys do not care about their potential customers. Beware, they will waste your time with no remorse.

I had discount fence give me a bid, owner himself came out to do bid, the bid was very reasonable. It is a family owned business, the owners consist of father, son, brother-in-law. Very personalble, the work was guality, done in a timely manner, and I would definately use them again. located central Phx. They fenced in my 1/2 acre parcel with chain link.
