Justin saved me from a major electrical problem with the main electrical box where I live. I did not know it was a serious hazard and his expertise with general construction and residential services has gotten some wheels turning for major repairs. I have been having electrical shorts for months and no one knew why. It also a safety hazard, so I'm very grateful. He also did some diagnosing and repair at a family members home that was an issue for years and he had fixed within an hour. Would recommend him for any electrical job. I have the yearly subscription for Dr. Fixit, and it has been invaluable for random electrical projects I have had the past two years as well as HVAC repairs from my first move-in at this new house. I've also had them move my A/C from one end of my backyard to the opposite end, and the work was reasonably priced and done well. Every single employee who has come to my house for a project has been professional, friendly, and performed great work. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I had a power outage at my bakery and during my panic with a shop full of coolers warming up a customer gave me Bryan's number at Energy By Design. He returned my call within a few minutes and actually diagnosed my situation over the phone. A hobo had flipped the switch of our main breaker box located in our alley. He was able to describe what I needed to find and what I should do without coming to my shop and charging me a trip fee. Such incredible customer service. THANKS Bryan!

Fast reliable service

I hired MZ Electric to install the 220V adapter for my Electric Vehicle (EV) charger. I had a few other folks out to quote the work, but I didn't feel comfortable with the level of skill and professionalism. The MZ folks were very profession and installed the EV charger the same day. The price was reasonable. They also inspected the house and found a few other issues that needed addressed. Alex and Johnny did a great completing a complicated job. I would strongly recommend them for your home electrical work.
