After many years of awful plumbing service I finally found the perfect company. They arrived exactly when they said, the plumber was professional, honest, and very helpful.Their prices were fair and a pleasure to deal with. From the minute I made my first call to Marlin Plumbing I knew it would be a positive experience from the receptionist to plumber all A+. I will only use Marlin Plumbing from now on. So glad they were recommended to me.

Josh Bortin goes the extra mile! He is knowledgeable--licensed as both plumber and electrician--prompt, and completely dependable. In my case, her responded immediately to a text for help sent on a Saturday night (!) and arrived Sunday morning, looked at the problem, diagnosed it on the spot, and returned Sunday afternoon with the necessary part. Problem solved!

We used A-1 Performance Rooter and Plumbing on two separate occasions and had excellent experiences each time. We interacted with different employees and everyone has been honest, professional, and extremely helpful. I loved that they were straightforward with their recommendations, and their prices are very fair. It is so difficult finding a service provider who you can trust. My “go to” plumber for myself, family, and friends!

Daniel came out and fixed my hot water heater. It works better now than it did when the person installed it. Seriously. Everyone there is so very nice and caring. Jeanie isa treasure. Would give more stars if I could.
Posting an update. Change stars to one.. the pleasant and professional conduct only lasts until the technician becomes frustrated because he has no clue how to make the necessary repairs. Sometimes it takes more knowledge than reading gages. Unfortunately that is the extent of his knowledge. Finally had to vall a professional who found and repaired the problem in less than 30 minutes. Dont call this company. After being unable to make the repairs they have stopped returning my calls. They have alo failed to respond to a request for an itemized statement for the high invoice they keep sending

Najeeb was extremely helpful and talked us through all the steps of getting our sump pump replaced. He was organized, punctual, and kept us informed. Will absolutely be working with them again!

Yesterday I posted a scathing review of this company. In all honesty, I had not contacted the company about my issues but the supervisor on site had not been very helpful and almost disdainful regarding my concerns about the bad job they had done. I was not sure what good a call to the company would do given that their representative on site was not helpful. Within a couple of hours of posting my review, I received a phone call from Laurie with Andy on Call. She was very concerned about my complaints and was emphatic that that is not how they do business. She asked if she could come out to our house that afternoon with another contractor to check out the job. Yesterday afternoon, she showed up with, not one, but two independent contractors to assess the situation. The independent contractors are Sean and Steve. They spent about an hour here looking at our concerns with Laurie. They inspected the work, agreed that there were certainly problems with the initial job, and told us what they were going to do to fix it to our satisfaction. This morning they showed up and worked very hard to fix all the issues with the original work. Sean and Steve went above and beyond to complete the job. They, and Laurie, have apologized for the shoddy work. I am impressed with the responsiveness of Andy on Call and the excellent job they have done to complete the job to our satisfaction. Thank you, Andy on Call, for being a business of integrity.

Absolutely hands down the best place in town! We have used them a few times over the years, but always a quick appointment time and their plumbers are the best in the business! Smart, get the job done efficiently, clean up after themselves and best of all are the kind of people you don't mind having in your house. I would highly recommend them without hesitation.
