Bradley is awesome. My laundry room was flooding. Called A1 they were able to show up in matter of hours. Fixed the clog. Happened again a few weeks later. He came over same day to check and fix the issue. Really nice service affordable. And seems like they answer there phones 7 days a week. Today being a Sunday and all. with out lying so they can get the job this I know for sure because I had some one else her e to give me a estimate and they told me that the pipes were broken at a five food section and told me some were were it was not.
yes they told me I needed to replace the pipes because of the roots but at this time a hydro jet would do the job at this time and showed me on the camera and the job was dome right with out lying to me. God bless you all and have a wonderful Xmas and new year

I called A-1 for a kitchen faucet leak. I was not expecting a same day visit, let alone someone showing up with an hour!

Bradley was responsive, honest and professional. He quickly fixed the leaking faucet that I’d installed, and then proceeded to check the rest of kitchen plumbing to ensure no other leakage. I mentioned a bathroom shower leak that a different contractor had found the previous day and Bradley immediately offered to crawl under the house to take a look. After doing so, he was honest and told me that I did not have a plumbing issue. He then told me what I should do correct the issue myself. AN HONEST PLUMBER!!

Bradley was a refreshing change from my previous plumber. Due to Bradley’s honest, integrity, sense of humor and professionalism, A-1 just gained a new customer.

We called him for a clogged kitchen drain. He was very professional and clean. He not only unclogged the drain and offered to dump the clogged material out in the dirt for us but he returned and cleaned out the container.

He also gave us excellent advice about our dishwasher smell despite the fact that the last plumber had replaced the piping but it never took care of the odor.

I would highly recommend him!

I was talking on the phone with a business call pacing back and fourth from my office to my dining room when all of a sudden a huge burst of water gushed through my dining room ceiling. I quickly put my business call down, ran upstairs to find out where the water was coming from. My daughter was taking a shower and my other daughter was draining the bath tub. I quickly shut off the water and stopped the drains to stop more water from coming through my downstairs ceiling. My wife and I were in shock and immediately called our homeowners insurance company. Then my insurance company walked us through the steps we needed to do and told us to call a plumber to repair the plumbing. I searched for plumbers on my phone, read some reviews and found that A-1 Performance Rooter & Plumbing had some great reviews and saw they were licensed, bonded and insured plumbers. I talked with Scott, the owner of A-1 Performance Rooter & Plumbing, he answered the phone right away, was friendly and sent out a plumber within 45 minutes to assess our plumbing damage. When they came out they were experienced with the type of water damage we had from our broken pipes. They also recommended a water damage company to come out and help with the cleanup, drying, repairs of insulation, drywall and texturing of our ceiling and walls. A-1 Performance Rooter & Plumbing kept checking in with us to make sure our repairs were going well with the water damage company and A-1 Performance did a professional, clean job in replacing our broken plumbing pipes. They really made our disaster into a great experience and offered advice in helping us with getting setup for future bathroom remodeling. I highly recommend calling A-1 Performance Rooter & Plumbing, they help us with our broken pipes, with replacement and our water damage. Good honest plumbers.

Our kitchen drain was running slow so I called A-1. We've had Bradley out before and he's always done a good job. He showed up within two hours to check the drain. After assessing the situation he determined it was a minor blockage. He was able to clear it by simply filling the sink to capacity plugging one side and turning on the disposal. It worked! Since it only took 10 minutes he didn't charge me anything. I'll definitely call A-1 again.

Our property management uses this company and they are horrible! Harry, whom our neighbor calls twiddle dee and his colleague twiddle dum, are the worst. Harry has shown up and used my knife to screw in the piping. I was mortified and they continue to send him to our property. He was called to fix my shower, but he decided to mess with my shower sink which he messed up and left with my part. The water squirts everywhere now. The female scheduler isn't any better, who lacks the ability and experience to correct errors. Her response is we will no longer go to your address. THAT IS GREAT! but that doesn't justify your worker Harry taking stuff from our property.

Excellent service.
The sink was backed up all weekend. I tried the Home Depo liquid stuff, but that did not work. I tried a 25' snake, also did not work. One of my tenant's water heater developed a problem on a Sunday. No hot water. I was able to light the pilot light myself, but couldn't get it to stay on. I called A-1 Performance and to my surprise got an actual person on the phone on a Sunday morning. Not only that, but a plumber, Bradley, came out that very day and solved the problem. He got the pilot like to stay on so my tenant had hot water by just after noon. The price was most reasonable. I highly recommend A-1 Performance for plumbing problems in the Long Beach area.

6/7/21 UPDATE- Had Bradley and Danny out to fix what turned out to be a collapsed 8 foot section of my main sewer line. They brought in a crew of four workers who used the latest technology to install an entirely new line, approximately 50 feet and with an angle turn all with one single pipe by digging only 4 medium size ditches (two under an existing sidewalk which is where the problem was). Once the problem was determined it was accomplished the next day in less than 6 hours. Great clean up, too! I had enough confidence in A-1 and Bradley to ask only company for a price this time. P.S. Danny is a working machine and Bradley is terrific!

From January-
Bradley, Jose, and Danny all worked hard to replace a natural gas line in my back yard. You know, not all plumbers do gas line work. They also quickly replaced a water heater and an enclosure on another. Quick, quality work at an affordable cost. I recommend most highly!

Earlier today I was cleaning out my fridge and must have overestimated the power of my garbage disposal and width of my old pipes because the next time I went to use the kitchen sink it was totally clogged. I called a couple rooter businesses looking for someone to come out today to unclog the sink, and A-1 was able to accommodate right away. I was given a window of 4-6 PM for a technician to come out (the start of that window being a mere 30 minutes away). Bradley of A-1 arrived promptly at the start of the window in under an hour from my call.

Dear reader, he had my sink unclogged in under a minute after his arrival, and I learned a good trick to do it myself in the event I fly too close to the sun with future leftover cleanouts. He charged an extremely reasonable fee of zero dollars for what essentially amounted to a nuisance call on my part. I really appreciate when businesses are honest and won't nickel and dime you over minimal work (though to be honest I would have paid for the unclogging tip, that's going to be clutch in the future).

Wow! What a blessing A-1 Performance Rooter & Plumbing has been! I was visiting my mother from out of town when suddenly her water began to back up on a Saturday! We frantically searched for a business that could come out on the weekend ASAP and came across A-1 Performance Rooter & Plumbing with their many reviews. I can tell you from here on out - the only plumber my mom will ever call is A-1 Performance Rooter & Plumbing! The professionalism this company exudes is such a breath of fresh air from the receptionist who answered on the first ring on a Saturday morning to the warm caring nature of our plumber, Bradley. Bradley was prompt and arrived at the exact time we knew to expect him! Bradley was very professional, kind, friendly and followed all COVID guidelines to make us feel comfortable among this pandemic. He even specially greeted my dog Murphy so he was comfortable with a new person in the house. I cannot express our gratitude enough for such a great experience. Plumber doesn't come prepared to clean up after the mess that was made or to be made didn't bring any type of bucket and then proceeded to ask if he could use a couple paper towels and ended up using entire roll and my cloth hand towels wet. And then tried to clean up with other things in the kitchen and scraped the porcelain sink.

A-1 Performance is amazing! My main line backed up and my tub, shower and toilets were filled w sewage. I called a number of plumbers and no one would come out after hours. AMAZING PEOPLE & SERVICES. We bought a home a year ago and need to do a whole house renovation. After weeks of looking for a reputable and reliable plumber, we found A1 Performance Rooter and Plumbing. Scott and Bradley came to our house for the first initial estimate arriving on time, presented what materials they're offering and the best part was that they're offering financing. Since doing a whole house re-pipes and converting old pvc to new copper pipes throughout the whole house can be expensive. We're so happy that we found a company that is transparent in their work, communication, pricing and has financing. Not only did they complete what was on the work order but Bradley, Jose and Scott went above and beyond to help us with other minor plumbing works without charging simply because they truly want to helping their customers. If you ever need a plumbing service this is the company to call. My personal experience with them was above and beyond the best I have ever experienced. First they arrived at short notice on time! 2nd They located the leak behind a wall underneath our stairs just by hearing it! 3rd they repaired a slow leaking perforated copper pipe and fixed in with in minutes of arriving to our home! They were so polite and efficient with totally reasonable cost. If I ever have a plumbing problem again I know exactly who to call and if I was you I recommend you use them also before anyone else!

A-1 was very profession from the phone call to set up appt to the plumber Scott coming out right on time. Scott was very kind and knew exactly what the problem was and fixed in for us in a timely manner. We will definitely will use A-1 again. Very affordable prices is a plus for us also.

We just had four faucets and two toilets installed along with various hose and valve replacements. a VERY much appreciated house call by Bradley for a leaking washer on Saturday (16th) that flooded the entire laundry and kitchen! Mom and I looked in the yellow pages and found his ad. Not knowing what to expect, as we never had him out here before (and being Saturday!). He showed up right on time with a smile on his face and quickly diagnosed the problem. It turned out we needed a new washer totally! Since he'd come a long way, and feeling we should pay him for doing something, I suggested checking the drains in all the bathrooms (bath was draining slowly). He not only took the time to check and clear all the drains, but announced that there was NO charge for his work! He said just give him a good rating on Google and Yelp. So here it is! Mom and I couldn't be more grateful, as we've been having a few problems lately. Couldn't have been a better visit! I highly RECOMMEND Bradley and A-1 Performance rooter & plumbing. A1 Performance has been our go to for the past 4-5 years, and I could not have been more please with each and every time they come out. Initially we hired someone else to move our washer and dryer to the garage. Well our garage flooded because we hired handymen. A1 came out and fixed everything. They also found water under the house because a pipe was leaking. We had to replaced our very old galvanized pipes. They were professional and gave us a great price compared to others. They also did this the day before Easter.

Then a couple years later over Christmas break we found out our hot water heater, which was inside our home was leaking carbon monoxide. After the city shut our hot water heater off, A1 came the next day and because we decided to repipe our house at the same time, they offered for us to stay at a hotel at a discounted rate.

Scott, Bradley, and Jose are awesome and really took care of our 1st home.

For our second home we bought a fixer upper..... The original plumbing inspection (Anthony's Plumbing) came back pretty vague and when we called A1 to come hydro-jet our pipes, which is what the inspection suggested, and do a few other little tasks, they found that our pipes were sooo bad they were basically deteriorated. They scoped the line and showed us the roots in the pipes, cracks, and when they dug it up the piped looked even worse. They suggested before we start on cosmetics to the house we do the plumbing now. THANK GOODNESS. I couldn't imagine the disaster we would have had to go through once we had already fixed the house.

They completed the job quickly and with all the plumbing issues (on a slab), it didn't set us back to far on completing the house. Thank you Bradley and Jose!

Bradley has come back so many times to help us with little things. They worked with us on payment, and getting any money from our warranty. I feel like I can call them for anything... haha sorry Bradley.

I really feel like this company cares and takes care of what needs to be taken care of. There is no BS with them. If you are looking for a good efficient, honest plumber your search is over. You will love them for years.
