Very pleased with the service and prices The workers were very polite and professional . They unclogged my kitchen sink and replaced the garbage disposal . Johnny Salazarbwas very professional and was also very knowledgeable and capable of the job he had to do at our home. It was a difficult job due to the type of job and the placement of the pipe underneath the home. We would recommend this company to all our friends and family, and look forward to using them again if needed hopefully not to soon.

Their technician Chris was polite, on time, professional, and diagnosed the issue with my AC quickly. Turned out to be a bad capacitor which is a $40 part. Chris was onsite for 30 minutes making the diagnosis and repair. The bill ended up being $220. Taking out the cost of the part, that leaves $180 for a half hour of labor. When I called the next day to speak with someone about the nearly $400 per hour labor charge the lady was argumentative and told me it couldn't be $400 per hour when my bill was only $220. When I pointed out that the technician was there for only 30 minutes she asked me not to call them for service again and hung up on me. I guess they don't rely on repeat business.

I had a leak in my restroom upstairs that I could not find I called American Leak Locators & Plumbing for assistance they were clean, courteous, fast, efficient and very competent. They had specialized equipment and did their jobs quickly. Found the problem and suggested a low-cost solution. I HIGHLY recommend American Leak Locators & Plumbing for any suspected leak problems.
