They are professional experts at reasonable prices. In addition to installing a new a/c & heating unit. They also upgraded my old cast iron kitchen plumbing which was leaking under the house, which they had to cutout & repair the drywall. The repair looks like nothing ever happened. They cleaned up and even hauled away all the old plumbing. Your mind is put at ease when they explain the problem and how they are going to repair it. The courteousness of all the employees is very remarkable and reassuring. I am glad to be a customer now and in the future.

I had a problem with my kitchen sink not draining. Had 3 other plumbers come out to look at it and was not able to resolve the issue. Coy hydro jetted the line and was able to do what all the others were not able to do. It not only fixed my kitchen drain, but cleaning out the drain fixed the slow drain for my washer also. He was very courteous, explained everything as he was doing it and cleaned up all the mess so you couldn't even tell I had a huge sludge pile on by back patio. Absolutely outstanding service. Couldn’t have asked for more. We kept having to change the schedule on him at the last minute due to various factors and he was so flexible, quick, and did the work well. Recommend highly and I’ll definitely keep his card handy!

My wife and I hired Brinks to line our 60 year old decaying and cracked cast-iron sewer lines. Unlike the other quotes we received, they were able to offer us a suite of lining methods so that we would not have to dig into our slab in any areas of our home. This was big for us since we wanted to maintain the original finishes and flooring. The other quotes we received were A. more expensive and B. would require us to remodel portions of our bathroom, which we did not want to do. Overall we are happy with Brinks and their service.

I called RPM on a Saturday because of a leak (we had to keep the water shut off until someone could help us). Our tech was there within 2 hours! Ivan was courteous and did an excellent job with repairs. Pricing was also very reasonable, considering the amount of work that needed to be done. He fixed the leak quickly and affordably!

They did a great job installing our new dishwasher, kitchen faucet, and water filtration setup. The technician was personable and courteous.
