I had a heater that didn't turn on. The professionals arrived within the time given to me. The master was great. He checked everything, was able to get everything working, and gave me some good options if the problem came up again. This is a VERY old system. He didn't charge me for a support call. I will use them again and recommend them.

Both Blake and Ryan are number 1 plumbing experts in orange county. So thankful for Kinetic Plumbing being available 24 hours a day for on call emergency support 🙌

One of the best experiences that I have had with any plumbing company. They Repipes my entire home and with paint and patch up in 2 and 1/2 days.
They are a big team and they work as a unit. They know what walls to open to minimize the drywall repairs. They quickly repaired and painted their work. I called them one or two times for minor cosmetic issues and they came right away to repair and took responsibility. Very professional.
They promised the time, they exactly did what they said, they planned so we still have water and we were not getting disturbed by the scope of the project. Honest, professional, responsible and great value.

Lady was extremely rude, and disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. She claimed to be the owner, but i just cannot bring myself to believe that someone would sabotage their own company like that. I'll never use elite plumbing. I'll just go right across grand to the other plumbing company!
