As big as this job was I expected my house to be in shambles when they were done! I was happily surprised that they were so professional, efficient, timely and cleaned up where they made the holes, spackle and all! I hardly could see where they made the holes! I had a really bad experience with other vendors working on my house but these guys were great. Tustin HVAC Contractor really goes above and beyond and customer service makes a VERY BIG difference when it comes to getting something done in your home.

I was really scared of having to rip out the gravity furnace (the ancient furnace with those giant octopus arms) but these guys know how to do it right. And now my house is free of asbestos, there is more space in the garage, the new stove works, the air ducts look great.

Brendan gave me several different options for replacing the heater. He took the time to answer my questions. He made recommendations based on my needs. The quote I received was very fair. Brendan and Alex were able to have the new water heater installed before the end of the day. They left the work area cleaner than they found it. I highly recommend Sage Plumbers. After calling several companies and no answers being close to end of day, we received a call back right away from this company. The receptionist was very helpful and extremely pleasant understand the importance of the issues and situation that we were against. She assured us that they would be able to send a service tech and our bathroom issues would be taken care of. Marco's arrived on time and even with unexpected surprises that arose we weren't gouged hitting my wallet hard. He explained to us what was going to happen and even the owner came over to assist with the problem that most would have walked away from returning in the morning. Desi & Marco were amazing they finished up and we are as happy as can be with their services! I would recommend them to everyone who has a small or big issue regarding plumbing.
