At Last, an Honest Plumber!
I noticed my water softener tank was leaking at about 4:30 Friday evening. I called a different plumbing company, but they were unable to help. I asked for a recommendation and was given Chris' phone number.

I called and he wasn't able to come out, but since my entire water supply was shut off, he walked me through how to fix it myself!

I put the phone down, turned on the speakerphone, and started unscrewing the bolts. Then he told me what to get at Home Depot, sent me pictures, and so I did!

I removed two lines that were under pressure and leaking. Then I added a single line that looped the inlet and outlet.

I turned on the water, and problem solved!

I never thought twice about my water heater. To be completely honest I totally forgot about that thing in my garage. Awesome people & awesome service! Called Nood Plumber last week to check out low water pressure issue in our master shower yesterday. Their tech came out on time, assessed the issue, provided a fair quote and fixed it efficiently. He also made sure to clean up the worksite after the work was done. I’m very happy to recommend Nood Plumber and would certainly call them again when I need a plumbing service.

Difficult experience, estimate did not include everything so additional costs were added later on. Finish work was not completed correctly, still dealing with the work that was done, placed handles in the wrong place, would not make it right, tub still not glued in to place, left drain pipe at an angle, would charge again to complete work that was in the contract. Guy is intimidating, has no concern about how or if the work is done. Bath tub leaks when draining the water, toilet did not flush properly, need to get into the crawl space to see if the what else might be leaking.
