Slavi and OC Repipes replaced a traditional water heater with a Navient tankless. In and out same day, cleaned up after themselves and did an outstanding job. We love the instant hot water and Slavi was very forthcoming with recommendations and the pros and cons of going tankless. We would absolutely recommend them.

Bill Sherman at perfection plumbing has done many plumbing projects in my home over the past years. Everything from fixing a leaky sink to (3) full bathroom gut and remodels . He is very honest , shows up on time , and leaves the work area cleaner than he found it . No job too small or too big for Bill. All the work he has done in my home has been perfect , I have never had to call him back to fix anything twice . Another time my bathroom flooded, I called Joey, and he came and installed new waste and overflow drain for the tub. On another occasion, he cleaned my main line and cleared all plumbing lines. He’s reliable, trustworthy, and knows what he’s doing. I call him for all plumbing issues. Thank you.

I had my heater not getting hot water at my business so i called this company and the technician came . But the heater was located up in the ceiling so i was told they will have to charge me $200 to go up check up just for checking up!
Result?? He didn’t fix anything, just left with the money i paid after that i called another company got my heater fixed.

First time I called was on a weekend. I called the number listed on the water softener and was curtly told this number was for emergencies only, it does not say that on my unit. It just says for service call...

Second time I called to get a copy of a manual since there is nothing online. The rude lady on the phone said she was doing me a favor by letting me come pick up a physical copy of the manual. What kind of dinosaur company does not had a pdf that they can email you? Luckily found the previous owners manual before heading out.

Third time I called to get pricing for a replacement filter. I believe I talked to the same person. She said she needed to talk to someone else to get that info. My call was never returned for the information.

I will not do business with this company with such atrocious customer service. I will reach out to another business that appreciates a customer who is trying to spend money with them.

I have been using them for 20 years in three locations always had excellent service a bit expensive, but worth the peace of mind. However, in the last six months, they have gone totally downhill I have not had hot water in my laundry for five days. I waited six hours on Thursday And the technician refused to use the roof access which you know other one has done in the last 20 years they rescheduled for Friday. I brought a ladder this time. This technician showed up after eight hour wait he did, however get the boiler started but it only lasted three hours , I had no hot water over the weekend called on Monday and was given another all day appointment. I asked if I waited till the next day could you make me first thing in the morning so I wouldn’t have to wait all day. They said sure we’ll have someone there at 9:30. It’s now 1 o’clock and no one has showed up I called back and they’re waiting for someone to get free. I was supposed to be the first one I guess after 20 years of loyalty that means nothing to them. I’m going to have to find another company.

February 8, 2018 This guy got his Man feelings hurt when I passed him and merged in front of him on the 405 South Fwy this morning at approximately 7:50AM. It wasn't like I cut him off or anything, he didn't even have to tap on his break, but the next thing I knew he was flipping me the bird behind me then he changed lanes sped up to get on the side of me to flip me off some more. Very stupid Van # 1851 or 1051 to insert yourself in road rage with you phone number on the van. Next time don't drive like a snail on the freeway and make everyone have to change lanes to pass you, if you can't handle it...Makes me think what else he would come unhinged over. Good job Service 1st.

I found Pipeline several years ago when my parents rental property had a slab leak. Pipeline was great- very attentive and fixed the leak quickly.
The pipe held up great for 5 years but recently started leaking again. We called Pipeline to initiate the warranty they touted when they sold us their services but were told that the warranty no longer applied since we ended up selling the house to a family friend. We spoke with three different people and were told the same thing, It's in the fine print. While I can't argue the terms of their service, if it is fact written in the paperwork, it's evident that they're prefer not to do the right thing. A lifetime repair should not have failed after five years regardless of who owns the home. I respect their legal right to not stand by their services but would also like potential customers to know about our experience should you have a warranty claim for their lifetime product.
You may be better off taking your business elsewhere, I wish we had.

*edit* They called our friends back this week to reiterate that the repair was not covered under warranty but offered to come out and provide a quote to repair it again. Thanks but no thanks.
