The master and his assistant came out and very quickly determined what was wrong with my oven. He had the part with him, he replaced it and fixed it within half an hour. He also took the time to explain what was wrong with it and also gave some great tips on using filters (turned out the ones I had were terrible). Great service.

Overall I had an amazing experience with Nova pluming. They provided a very professional service from leakage diagnosis, cost pricing, and the quick fix turn around. My friend recommended them to me and I’m glad that I contacted them. Highly recommended.

Francisco from Rockstar came to repair my 30 year old natural gas heater. He explained the noise it was making issues. We had a water pressure regulator unexpectedly fail last night in our garage, luckily we were able to shut the water off before any flooding occurred! We called and scheduled a service with Blue Planet and they were able to fit us in immediately! Miguel was friendly, professional and had the right tools/parts to get our water flowing again! I also had approximately 56’ of sewer re-lined.Patrick came out to do the sink plumbing and sewer line replacement. He did a phenomenal job. He was professional, and the work looks stellar.Zach and James came out to do the lining. They also did a fantastic job. They even took the time to write up a note for my neighbor who wasn’t exactly pleased to learn that we share a sewer line. They went above and beyond.Melissa was my contact with the company, and she ensured everything went as planned.Overall, I am very happy with the work completed. I’m so glad I found Level Up Plumbing. Miguel was so helpful from the start. I wanted to replace my sink and get the fixtures in my shower replaced but needed someone that was going to guide me when picking the right parts to buy. I got other quotes and there was zero help or information from them but Miguel send me links to all the recommended items and made it soooo easy for me. He also recommended a water filtration system that I would have had no idea where to even start with when looking for! Went above and beyond and connected it to my fridge so I can have clean ice.
