Raul is the best plumber I ever had to deal with. He cares and does a fantastic job. I was remodeling my bathroom and the pipes were very corroded. Raul came to the rescue and fixed everything. My contractor was so impressed with his workmanship. He did a very clean job that will last for years.

If it was possible to give zero stars we would. Phoned company on a Friday afternoon, was told by a man named Rafael that he would come out on Saturday as he was busy on another job and could not source parts if he needed them. Accepted his explanation and agreed he would come out the next day. Phoned around midday on Saturday as had not heard back from him yet. Got through to Rafael directly and he said he will call back later in the day to come out to house in the afternoon. Then complete silence. No call or explanation and no show, on either Saturday or Sunday. We had to call again on Monday to chase him, message went to voice mail. Called twice again on Tuesday and finally got through after leaving voice messages. Rafael told us he would make it out later in the day on Tuesday. No communication again. It’s Wednesday morning now. Would never trust this company or Rafael with any type of emergency. Poor communication, and non existing service. How they stay in business is absolute wonder. If COVID-19 does not kill this business, Rafael’s service surely will. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY

I called Plumbing Heroes: Alameda out after having some agonizing problems with my drains. I was surprised at how quickly they showed up, and was super satisfied with the drain service. They were highly immaculate and my drains have been working since! Thank you!

He arrived promptly at our appointment time, completed a thorough assessment and outlined our options. We are very satisfied with the work completed and the ease in which Sewer Master assisted us with obtaining our Sewer Lateral Certification. I highly recommend Sewer Master!

Five out of five for: 1) workmanship, 2) communication, 3) cleanliness, 4) fair price. Highly recommended for all plumbing jobs. I've known Anam at Green Eagle Plumbing for four years. I first asked him to look at a bad p-trap - he came promptly at the agreed upon time with an assistant and patiently listened to my description of the problem, asking some follow-up questions. Then he laid down a work blanket and carefully removed some cleaning products that were in the way. Completed the work quickly and tested it before replacing the cleaning products and explaining what he did. Since then, he's installed an electric water heater, an on-demand water heater, all new copper piping...the list goes on. Passed his name on to my relatives and they're all very happy as well. On time, professional, reasonably priced--I had 3 estimates and they were the best by $1000's. April from the front office was friendly, knowledgeable and so easy to work with. Seamless. I didn't even have to be there for the estimate nor the work. Loved the ease of use.
