We have hired Mr. Plumber Oakland Inc twice and both times were great experiences. He showed up quickly and worked hard to fix the problem. He went above and beyond cleaning up after he was done.

Mario Hernandez and his partner Daniel were great to work with. I appreciated their timeliness. Mario answered all my questions and showed me how to flush my hot water heater in the future.Though all credit and recognition goes to Levi. Levi's exceptional customer service was spot on. The short fat woman who works there claims she has been there for 16yrs including when they were named Globe or global. Very mean woman. You would think after 16 yrs in customer service that she knew what the Phrase customer is always right means. She was very rude and mean and tried to sell me the wrong part and also tried to sell me a tool that I did not need.
I understand that place was short of help as another clerk told me when I entered before I ran into the fat mean woman. what a horrible experience in this time of virius and people trying to get things they need with as less travel and contact as possible. I think 16 yrs appears long enough and maybe she should retire or work in a NON customer service job.

Called them at 8 am—technician on site immediately thereafter. Excellent communication, cost, and responsiveness. Five stars!!!

David is a pro. Knows just what to do and how to do it. His prices are fair and he is professional. He installed a hot water timer, repaired several faucets and fixed a toilet. I've had him out before and he consistently goes above and beyond to make sure the problems get fixed.
