Fair prices and extremely helpful staff that won't try to sell you anything you don't need or treat you like a dummy when you ask a question.

I have zero plumbing experience and was able to fix this mess with their help and $30.

When I was remodeling my bathrooms, I became a regular at Rubensteins. Although there was often a wait both before and during my turn, the guys there are professional and knowledgeable. They knew the right questions to ask and had a good return policy when things didn't work out. I'll be back.

excellent- Anna's very helpful! I've done so many projects over the years. Fortunately, they have gotten to be higher end. Now, I just go to Rubenstein's and Anna has been so helpful. I don't keep up with the changes to plumbing fixtures so it's great to have an expert I can turn to when I need help finding something.

I have been going to this store for over 30 years. Most people at the store have been very helpful and supportive. Growing up, I was used to being shunned at the local plumbing store for not knowing the name of the parts. At Rubensteins, I was invited early on to go to the back of the store and pick out what I needed. Generally everything is in stock or it can be ordered quickly. I am an architect and have all my jobs run through Rubenstein because their pricing is lower than anyone else with better service. I have shopped around for years. Rubenstein often beats the internet on specific manufacturer's prices.

Extremely helpful reguarding the project and products that I needed. Excellent return policy on the items I purchased by mistake. A buisness I would recommend for all plumbing supplies.

Staff are very helpful. Warehouse atmosphere. Their prices are at or below Internet prices. I have exchanged a few items when I ordered the wrong thing. Never a problem. They will take care of you.

These people have no idea what they are doing on a technical level. Parts counter has never heard of basic parts and have to call back when someone who does know what they are doing comes in. Terrible

Always happy with the service. They offer delivery as well as in store pick up.

Didn't have the part I was looking for (Kohler), but they were open Saturday and were very friendly and helpful. Referred me to competitors that would have the part I'm looking for.

Don't expect this place to have anything. Beyond toilets, they have em by the pallet.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff (Leo) at the parts counter. Our the pull-out hose head on our (pricey) Dansk kitchen faucet sprang a leak after 3-4 years of service. Instead of ordering something online that was supposedly the numbered part but didn't --look-- like the one I'd removed, I went the bricks-and-mortar route to Rubenstein's. I expected $50-70 outlay based on the web pricing, but Leo pointed out that Dansk fixtures were sold with a lifetime warranty. While Rubenstein don't stock Dansk products, Leo did know the supplier for the bay area and put in a call. Long story short, free part, shipped to my door. Can't recommend these folks highly enough. Thanks again, Leo!

Old school and legit. No one else could find the adapter I needed except them. Took 15 minutes but they made me the adapter. Place is legit to the definition. Thanks
