I had him to replace water pressure regulator, and install a thermal expansion tank. Also I asked him to install a new water monitoring device (Phyn Plus). David paid his attention to every details. He wanted to make sure that his job was done correctly at the first time! His attitude towards his work was great. I’m very happy about his work! Also he is very neat. Gerald was extremely knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. Fixed the issue on the first try with my Lochinvar Knight water boiler. After describing the problem to him over the phone, and with some pictures of the unit that I sent, he came prepared with the necessary spare parts. He replaced those parts and did some additional maintenance, always explaining what was going on along the way. I inherited the system from the previous owner, and his explanations were extremely helpful.
