Juan and his team are great! I had 5 teams come over to my new house for estimates. Juan carefully listened to me and gave me lots of creative ideas to fulfill my vision under my budget. His estimate was very reasonable and he didn't ask additional while the project was underway.

He could start the work right away, which was a huge plus.

Unexpected things do happen during remodels and so did my case. But Juan took care of them without additional cost. His team also made sure to finish up all small details until I am satisfied.

Juan is a man of responsibility and integrity. I am happy with the result of my 3800sq ft house. A friend of mine also hired G&C after looking at my house and she is happy as well!

A++++ Everything. Shane was on time, professional, organized, and clean. I cannot praise Orange Cactus remodeling enough for the work that was done. Sink, Cabinets, Counter tops, and even hardware was perfectly crafted and installed. My wife and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. He left the space as clean as he found it and did an amazing job. One week from demo to completion, which is insane. The remodel made us fall in love again with our condo. SHANE is the BEST.

They had to take down walls and put up new ones. They also did new flooring.
Their work was clean and professional.

The owner took time to answer all my technical questions and shared some details to make the final product more functional, more affordable, and more attractive. He took extra time to do that and most contractors don’t have a lot of extra time to spare.

He even went above and beyond to help me understand some pitfalls for a DIY project I was doing rather than only offering to complete it for me. That cost him money on a potential job but in the long run it’s a good business decision. Whoever sees this review will know they’re dealing with an ethical contractor.

We met Silverado at one of the Home Shows. We've been by their both 4 times over four shows collecting info from them and competitors. I really like their product called Onyx. Far superior to tile. There are numerous color combinations to choose from but the one they had at the show on display was our favorite. Works well with the new gray tones you see in all the homes. Demo was fast and installation was fairly quick. Their install guys, Dale and Robert are very professional and always updating and asking questions along the install process. We opted for the surround to go to the ceiling, added grab bars, seats, caddies and 3/8 glass, instead of 1/4....BIG DIFFERENCE and new vanity tops/faucets. I highly recommend these guy, you wont be disappointed.

High character guys: courteous, respectful and extra careful not to get the rest of my home dirty during the construction.

My wife and I just finished a repair and renovation at our house in Mesa, and we are very happy with how Sam's team at pelleco managed the project and its quality. One of the biggest worries we had is safety of leaving the house open to random folks to come work during the day while we were in the office. I was helping my father refinance his home in Arizona and I do not live there anymore. But I had to find a company to assist with some repairs. I spoke with Tim and the team and set up everything on the phone and on line. This company and their employees are wonderful. I like to shop out getting things done before picking a company. Diamond Granite & Remodeling was my third quote that I received. Not only were they willing to do the entire job without me needing to outsource plumbing, electrical, cutting down a wall... their pricing was fair, they were able to give me a quote on the spot. And at the end of the project, there were no hidden or extra fee's. It truly was amazing working with them. Rachel was also fabulous with communicating through text and making sure everything through the process was taken care of. Daniel responded after hours when I would finally remember to ask questions, he was always willing and ready to answer and help. I highly recommend this company.
