Worst Landscaping Company in the Valley! I wish they could be rated as negative stars. I've even had the owner of the company at my residence. He promised the issues that myself and other home owners have experienced with his company would be corrected. This was almost a year ago! These guys are the worst! The work is just plain bad. They don't show up when they are suppose to, and if they do show up, (which is rare), expect an awful job! I am pushing for our HOA to get rid of this company. I don't understand how and why they are even in business.

Our old pine tree had died. They removed it in a couple of hours for a price way below ones quoted by other tree services $450. Very friendly and cleaned up perfectly. If you need work on a tree or trees, go with Badger.

They did a absolutely outstanding job in our backyard yesterday. They removed several pieces of large heavy curbing and removed dead plants, then they hauled in and spread 12 ton of rock all in about 6hrs! Absolutely amazing job!! We love Veterans Family Tree Service. We have been using them for 4 years now and they do n amazing job. We have had several large trees removed and they trim our palm trees every year. They clean up afterwards and you can barely tell they have been there other than the great looking trees! Highly recommend them to anyone who needs any tree work done :).

During a storm our Ocotillo cactus fell over. Urban Forest Tree Care came out within a day and braced it up and gave me care instructions. The men were great!! Very professional.

I recently bought a home from a Seller that used AMS Landscaping to repair a leaking irrigation line. I took photos of the leak before they repaired it (see attached). I closed on the home two weeks later. My landscaper came out and notified me that my irrigation box was leaking. I reached out to AMS Landscaping and notified them of the issue and they sent me an estimate for $720 to repair the irrigation line. I was completely caught off guard and asked didn't you guys just repair the irrigation line and now you want to charge me $720 to repair it again? They said there was no leak when they completed the repairs. The house has been vacant since they repaired it and no one has used the sprinklers until my landscaper tried using it and noticed the leak. AMS said they do not warranty their work and it would be $720 to repair. I told them I was very upset and not happy with their customer service. They couldn't have cared less and gave me two other companies I could use to get the irrigation line repaired. AMS landscaping has zero customer service so if you're looking to get some landscaping work done, ask yourself if the work isn't done to your satisfaction, are you ok with this company just blowing you off and not doing anything to make sure you're a satisfied customer? Save yourself the time, energy, and heartache and look elsewhere.

Crew cleaned my yard yesterday. They did a nice job, however they reset my drip and sprinkler system incorrectly. When I came home my yard was flooded with sprinklers still running, and had I not turned off the water it would have flooded my house as well. When I called to notify them of the issue, I didn't get so much as an apology. Will never use this company again.

My neighbor hired these people to trim my ficus. Without my permission he trimmed 3 ft into my property, removing half the tree and exposing the whole core to the summer heat. Professional arborists, U of AZ extension service and other experts categorically state DO NOT TRIM ficus trees in the summer due to heat sensitivity. What happens this winter in the first frost? No protection for the whole tree! Ignorant good as with chainsaws. Run away.

First time using divine design landscaping and we are so glad we did!! Our backyard really needed some attention and now it looks awesome! They even reached out to us to make sure all we wanted was completed. We did have a minor hiccup but they sent their guys back out and fixed it in a timely manner. Jesse Huffman came and trimmed my thirty year old very thorny mesquite tree and did a great job. I was concerned I might need to have it removed. Jesse and helper were able to prune it right and I get to keep my tree that the birds love with the shade I enjoy.

Russ removed a dead tree from my yard, as well as two stupidly planted trees that were causing damage. He also either removed the stumps or ground them down low enough that I can't see them. He also trimmed my bougainvillea. Everything was done professionally and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Russ's work!

These people are con artists. Don't ever pay up front. They have a trail of unfinished businesses throughout the entire valley!!! DON'T GIVE THESE GUYS MONEY UP FRONT!!! $0!!!

I talked to the owner he had good reviews I was going to use him because he has a stump grinder I ended up having the tree removed by my regular who dug out the stump.i texted and called him back numerous times asked it I still needed to use the grinder and if he would trim a tree for me.He blew me off never called back poor customer service.

Christian has removed a couple trees at my fathers house. He did a excellent job at a extremely complex removal out front by climbing it and sectioning it off into pieces, they fell perfectly and hit the intended spot every time he is a expert with that saw and I recommend his skills to anyone!
