Gilbert and his crew did a fantastic job with our citrus. We needed pruning, fertilizing, and trunk painting. Gilbert also noticed our trees were also suffering from borers. He showed us the holes they created. Treated the trees and they are looking good. He was recommended to us by Whitfield Nursery years ago to treat one of our palms that suffered with termites. We highly recommend him for all your tree needs.

Gilbert and team did a great job on my multiple trees. If I could give this company more stars I would. Well anyway, I would recommend Gilbert and his team to anyone needing this type of service.

Gilbert and his team were great, we needed a lot of trimming and a tree removed from our yard. They came and gave a us a great quote and got the job done. Professional, friendly, and were able to work with us and our schedule. Highly recommend using them for all your tree removal needs.

Gilbert did a wonderful job pruning my overgrown Desert Museum Palo Verde, which was spreading onto my roof. He pruned to take all the branches of my roof and cleaned it. Above and beyond the call! He did a great job and I WILL be using him in the future. I would highly recommend him to all.

Although Gabriel has done a wonderful job trimming my large ficus tree, his follow up care leaves much to be desired. He did not complete my job nor has he responded to my multiple attempts to reach him. Would not recommend his company!

Customer service is not a forte of this company. After coming out and providing a quote and reviewing in detail what needed to be completed the full job was not done once they showed up. When calling to set up the service and indicating they would call back within a set time they failed to call back. I had to call them back to set up the date for service. Once the date was set they did not show up and bumped the appointment because an attorney had a job that needed to be done. Apparently the type of job you work at matters more when getting your trees trimmed.

When they came on the next scheduled date they failed to show up on time and no heads up they were not going to be there as agreed on.

While completing the service they had to ask how far to trim something, last time I checked they are the professionals and should be able to determine such judgement while considering keeping a tree alive or not. They did not clean up any of the neighbor’s yards that debris fell into.

They also failed to remove or put to ground level a tree stump after removing the tree, which our kids trip over. When trying to reach out about this (and trying to leave a voicemail due to mailbox was full), it took 3 attempts and finally a text message to get a call back.

So when calling to discuss they were argumentative and demanding that it would be another $350 to come deal with the stump. Talk about price gouging. There was no understanding or calm in the discussion and instead it’s blaming the customer.

I can tell from other reviews this isn’t the first time customer service has been an issue. If you want someone to trim your tree(s) and give you poor customer service this is your company. Otherwise I would go elsewhere for business.

Update. Zero stars wasnt a choice but that is what I would have rated this company.
After his company trimmed my once beautiful Elm tree last March Two major branches were torn off of the center most heart of the tree during a monsoon storm. He promised to come remove them and never did. To make things worse, I recently hired a REGISTERED TREE SERVICE company, one not only REGISTERED with the Registrar of Contractors but also one who provided his Arborist certificate number and over 800 positive reviews. I would not hire this company for any reason. The loss my tree took because, according to this other comoany who has been in business for over 50 years, they did a poor job leaving heavy weight on the ends of all the branches which caused the two to get ripped off in storm and definitely was not worth the reasonable price I may have paid. I have to have the tree trimmed all over again this year to fix the job they did on it and pay more money to get it done correctly BUYER BEWARE.

This company is owned and run by an extremely unprofessional man named GILBERTO LEE MARTINEZ
DO NOT HIRE GILBERTO LEE MARTINEZ to do ANY work for you. He is the most irresponsible, unreliable, unprofessional business man I have ever had to deal with.
HE WILL NEVER EVER SHOW UP ON TIME, NOR BOTHER TO CALL OR TEXT YOU TO LET YOU KNOW THAT. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH AND I am a 62 year old home owner that has used lots of businesses over the years.
He will keep rescheduling and making excuse after excuse as to why he can’t make his scheduled appt time to come and do work. He never answers his business phone as his MAILBOX is always full.
After they trimmed my tree some of my branches broke off in a monsoon storm. Gilbert owed me a tree trim and promised to come and remove the damaged branches that week, before more damage or more branches broke and could go through the windows back in June. It is now November. He was supposed to be here at least 6 times before this and kept giving me the CON line that he was behind. Today at 8:00 was his scheduled appt time, on my day off. TEXTED me at 10:00 that his truck was full and the dump was closed so he wouldn’t be coming. I replied that the street pickup is scheduled this week and that he did not need his truck. Then he says I gave the guys off today! SERIOUSLY, YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO BE HERE AT 8 AM! After I texted him at 8:30 asking where he was, if they were on their way as we had set this day aside for tree service, he replies at 10:30 that he won’t be coming and he gave his crew the day off. I would attach pictures of the damaged tree and the 2-3 branches that are just dangling in the tree since July but It will take some work for me to figure that out. Come back soon.
Him and his brother Daniel also run what I consider a very shoddy paint company called In Living Color Painting LLC. I will critique them elsewhere in Bizpedia DO NOT EVER use this guy you will regret it. As I know I do.

Gilbert Martinez offered me a fair price but the service was by far above that. They did a great job in my back yard and even picked up existing leafs that they didn't have to do.

Gilbert and his team did an exceptional job for Canyon Crest last week. Give them a try, you will be glad you did!

Great tree service guaranteed from Litchfield to Queen Creek

Was driving down the 202 this AM and one of their service trucks cut me off in the middle of our merging lanes and then cut off the vehicle to our left and took off, very dangerous and poor driving to represent this place.

Absolutely amazing ! First was introduced to their work was around the corner at a neighbors house, they started trimming the day before & during my walk, I saw their work and immediately said, whoever is trimming this tree surely knows what they are doing! As I watched over the next few days these two huge Ficus trees being trimmed I knew I had to hire them to trim my Olive Tree….They arrived & spent hours (approximately 5 hours) carefully snipping & trimming my Olive Tree, they cleaned out the middle of the tree so now it can breath freely & have plenty of room for growth. I was happy they removed as much as they did (seeing my previous tree trimmer, couldn’t tell the tree was trimmed)….Gilbert & his brother topped, took branches off two spots that were touching my house….I’m so thrilled with the outcome of my Olive Tree, they did an AMAZING job!!! And the clean up was fantastic, they took away every single branch, twig & leaf that was on the ground then went one step further and vacuumed up my yard plus my next door neighbors yard since some of the twigs got dropped into that yard. Very very happy with the service of these two men, extremely thrilled for my Olive Tree that can now breath and grow. I’m now on their yearly trim/care for my tree. I would recommend this company with full confidence!!! I’ll post before/after pictures.
