Owner is a wonderful individual. I thought I had a post-tension foundation problem and so I asked James come evaluate my home/foundation. Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable individual. He spent over 2hrs inspecting and assessing every structural aspect of my home. In the end, I was told I did not need his services. He then told me very clearly the types of things I needed do going forward, to hopefully avoid needing his services in the future. IMO, it is very rare to find a tradesman that will actually tell you that you don't need to do any work with them. That being said, should the need for foundation work come up in the future, you can bet James will be my first call!!

That sucks) Then the driver keeps driving for almost 1/2 mile to get off the freeway. In this time debris from the truck and trailer are flying off and struck my car. The 2 employees did not speak any English, when I was able to get a hold of Ivan their boss he did not even care. He told me to file a report with DPS, which I did. I then called back and he did not talk to me, I called the next day, same thing. I did leave a message with NO return phone call, I then waited 2 days thinking maybe they were busy, NOPE, still NO call back. I called again and was pushed off to Matt and he said they will not do anything about it but their insurance guy would call me. 2 days later he did call and said, sorry we will not replace your tire because it was not our fault. This is not right and of course the insurance guy was not on scene but the DPS officer was who wrote the debris did come from their truck.
