Ryan came out to check our foundation & had no trouble telling us that our foundation concerns were cosmetic at this point & no further action needed to be taken. He told us what to watch out for & when/if our foundation gets to that point, we will definately be calling Arizona Foundation Solutions. They didn't try to make up repairs that weren't needed in order to get our money.

We had about 1200 square feet of pavers installed as well as poored several areas of concrete. These guys did an AMAZING job. They showed up when they were supposed to and got the job done in a timely matter. I would recommend San-Co Concrete to my own family as well as anyone else who needs paver or concrete work done. I found this place 15 years ago doing a DIY project in my backyard. You wont find friendlier people in the business. The free seminars they offer are extremely helpful. I recommend Cohills to DIY'ers and professionals alike.

Our pool deck had faded and oxidized over the years, so we looked into a restain and seal for our stamped concrete patio. Of the 3 bids we received from the contractors, Ryan's was the lowest, but that's not why I used them. They are quick to bid, have excellent communication, and are on time to boot. They were clean, fast, and did a tremendous job.

The owner he is not honest person he said he will finish the driver side door with in two weeks i paid the money and provide all the parts. now it is two month he didn't start working on the car at all when i ask him he will finish it next week but he doesn't start working on the car he plays games like this very disappointed this is how they treat thier castomers. This is the worest body shop i have ever seen

SCAM ALERT . It's been almost a month, David charged my visa card for the job he was supposed to do, but nothing has been done. Still waiting for him to finish up the painting he started 3 weeks ago. Lots of promises to show up, and things just keep dragging on and getting nowhere. I cancelled my Visa card and I will not pay him. I need to hire another painter and start from scratch again. This is a major issue because the house was supposed to go on the market to be sold, but nothing has happened because of David's unprofessional behavior. Besides the aggravation, I am loosing a lot of money not being able to sell. I have to replace all the locks because he disappeared with the keys and won't return any calls or texts. I have phone, pictures, and text records proving all of the above. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
