We have used Diamond Kitchen and Bath several times. We have had very good customer service and have recommended them many times. Our most recent experience with them was working with Alex Jackson. Alex was more than helpful, paid attention to detail and help us in making decisions to create the design we were looking for. He also was very prompt in replying back to phone messages and emails. Danny and his team were great to work with. They guided us through the entire process of the remodel. They had samples of the material we could look at and made a design drawing of what the kitchen would look like when they were finished. Every day during the remodel they completely cleaned up so there wasn't tools or debris laying around. Every wishlist item we had, they were able to accomplish. We now have a pantry, way more cabinet space, higher ceilings, better lighting, an island for the sink, and a more open entry into the dining room.

We couldn't be happier. You can't go wrong with these guys.

From the beginning Ricardo was awesome. Really honest and upfront about our roofing project. I quoted four other valley roofing and remodeling companies and Graco’s product was the same and their price was really competitive. Went with them and are really happy with the result of the work and the customer service. Day before work was scheduled it rained and our roof finally started leaking, called Ricardo and he came out same day, covered it with a tarp (while it was raining) and he also went into the attic to check it out. Next day work was started and finished in two days. Excellent crew, solid work. Thank you Graco!

Erika and her team remodeled our house in north Scottsdale. She was always on time, offered design input when needed, and managed the project even while I was remote. Her team worked hard, finished in the proper timeline and were within the budget we discussed. What more could you ask for?!! Definitely would recommend and use again!

Highly WOULD NOT RECCOMEND. They messed up my flooring and after trying to get ahold of them to fix they ignore me. If youre looking for quality work and/or someone to fix a bad job, contact Dave with Luxr... He fixed the bad job that was done here and for a very affordable price!
