As one commenter said below, I would not use this company for your pool plumbing. We have had so many issues and they won’t even respond. Finally we talked to someone at the Arizona Registrars of contractors and they told us to file a complaint as absolutely what this company is doing to us is not up to their standards for licensed contractors.
If your pool contractor uses this company, tell them to leave and find someone else. Unless you don’t mind poor quality work from someone you will never hear from again.....
To the commenters below who need this company to fix their issues but the company will not, file a complaint with AROC. It will take 3 weeks or so for them to review your complaint, but they will help you. Do not allow poor quality workers to take thousands of your dollars and continue on with their lives. You know if they have done this to us, there are others they are doing this to also. Report to AROC. Let them help you. Maybe this company shouldn’t be licensed?
