Great customer service. Friendly employee's, and fast service.

Aaron still hasn't returned my money. He wanted money for the parts up front and I gave him $150 through a credit card invoice, then he said it went into the wrong account so I needed to give him $200 more. I told him to just cancel it and refund the money. He told me the money would be back in my account in 3-7 business days and that was over 5 months ago. I've contacted him since then and he made up some excuse and never got back to me.
If you decide to use him, don't pay him anything in advance unless you feel bad for him and just want to give him a donation.

Great company to work with the craftsmanship was perfection. I've been in kitchen and bath remodeling since 1987 I would definitely use these guys again.

Why five stars? Well, I walked into my garage and found water pouring out of the bottom of my water heater. I immediately called The Water Heater guys (trusting the online reviews) and to my surprise, they offered to come replace the water heater right away.

Long story short, I called them at 1pm and had a new water heater installed before 4pm, the same day. Price was good for a gas heater, with no upcharges for new parts etc.

Great friendly guys... So happy I decided to give them a call!
