My wife is 7 months pregnant and we woke up to a busted water heater and a flooded garage. The last thing we needed right now. Jeff was incredible and came out the same day we called and we had a new water heater installed by the early afternoon. He was nothing but respectful and professional and made the whole process painless.

Sunday morning we had a sewer line clog. They answered the call and had someone here just after lunch. They texted me when he was on his way, his name, and picture. He had it fixed quick and knew what was wrong instantly. I felt like I knew what was happening throughout the process. Super nice employees also. Teo Pros was sent to repair a leak in my bathroom sink.. Teo went above and beyond to fix my sink and to minimize my cost as much as possible. He explained and took photos of the things that needed repair before he did the work. He was very professional and efficient.

Prompt and professional. Richard was recommended to me and I would recommenced him to friends and family. My water heater began to leak a few days ago necessitating a replacement asap. Richard was available in a few days and replaced my water heater and shut off valve. The price he quoted was the price I paid. No up sale attempts. I'm very pleases with the service I received. Reliable Rooter was at our home earlier today. We spent $300 for various plumbing needs including the installation of a new dishwasher and a bathroom faucet. The faucet was extremely loose and jiggled when you turned the water on. I was told, “they’re all like that now, and everyone hates it.”
The dishwasher felt like it was going to fall out. They didn’t anchor it, level it to make it stable or install the new hose sitting right on the counter. A different plumber came back this evening and fixed both issues. What a waste of money.

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
