We were having a pretty simple stoppage in our kitchen sink. We tried snaking ourselves and we tried vinegar and baking soda but couldn’t get it unclogged. With three kids at home during summer break, we needed it fixed. A friend of mine in Texas is a plumber and recommended Robin’s Plumbing. Grant came over the next day. He was on time, he snakes the drain and explained our pipes are made of galvanized steel. We live in an older neighborhood, so that made sense, and he gave us regular maintenance tips we can do ourselves. He was great and the price was fantastic. I will recommend them to everyone!

We feel so completely satisfied with our service today! Jerry came out late last week to quote us so we could compare a few companies. The previous company quoted us thousands more without even stepping foot in our house. Jerry diagnosed the problem and gave us a quote that seemed very reasonable so we booked him on the spot. We could tell he was an honest person at the time and it rang true. That is a hard quality to come by these days. Jerry showed true professionalism in his work. He also figured out, very quickly, what the cause of our leaking pipe was and will also correct that issue. Expectations were totally exceeded. Steve (owner) came to the house at 7:00 AM to provide the quote so I didn't lose a half day of work as I did with the quote from another company. Jim and Rocky did a neat, clean retrofit install (75 gal tank water heater to tankless) and the last thing they did was clean up the limited debris from the install. They were very personable and professional and I felt very comfortable going back to work after they started (they had complete access to the house). As an added bonus, they got along well with my Akita (big dog) becoming her two new best friends. Accent Plumbing's quote was the lowest of four and was very fairly priced. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

1. To replace a toilet
2. To replace a leak from the outside faucet
3. To replace the shower unit in a old shower.
Joe called me promptly and was very informative. I was given an estimate for each project and Joe never pressured me to approve the work or push me into anything. He was great at explaining the process to me and very good and pricing. For each project I got 3 estimates and Joe was not the cheapest or the most expensive he was average and the reason he got the work is because he made me feel he was honest and upstanding. He always communicated with me when the plumbers would arrive and one occasion they were running late and they called me to let me know and even asked me if I wanted to reschedule to a more convenient time for me.. That was better then the cable company...When the worker showed up they were polite and great and communicating and letting me know when they were half way finished so I could know how to schedule my day and time . THAT WAS GREAT.. They finished the project and I have not had any problems at all - I WILL ALWAYS call JOE for my plumbing needs.. He and his employees are GREAT, HONEST, and RELIABLE. I wish all my house repairs were performed by Joe and his employees. I always text Joe and email Joe my communication or my home project needs and I AM A VERY SATISTIFIED CUSTOMER and will call again... THANK YOU JOE for your professional work and employees.

Received a same day appointment. If you are available all day, you can get a cheaper rate. The company called, emailed, and text to let me know Roger was on his way. Roger arrived, introduced himself, and got to work quickly. Although no fault of Roger’s, we did find out my year old home has some issues with the plumbing... really unhappy about that! Roger fixed the current issue, cleaned up, and was on his way. I don’t think this is the cheapest company out there, but I received good service so it lessens the heartbreak of the cost. I’m really hoping I do not need to see Roger our his company again, but if I do, I would give them a call.

Troy was awesome. He answered all of the questions I had and took the time to educate me on our options. He didn’t peer pressure me to do anything that wasn’t needed and yet provided a roadmap of recommendations for future fixes. Not only did they scope our lines, but he also gave us our hard water reading and tested our water pressure. He delivered a comprehensive report with pictures post-visit. Should we need anything in the future, we absolutely will be using Aussie. Thank you all!
