Josh did an awesome job, was out first thing in the morning when our water heater leaked. This is our 3rd time calling them and they have always been out promptly and service has always been quick! Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough great things about this company. Chris, the owner, was extremely prompt in answering the phone and returning my phone calls. He asked questions and diagnosed the problem immediately. He was extremely knowledgeable and took time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions as well. They came out the next day, as scheduled, to replace my sewer ejector pump and analyze my sump pump. The guys, Lou and Adam, were professional, friendly, and took time to explain things after the job was complete. I feel very secure with this company and confident that we will be using them again. Justin from DiamondBack Plumbing updated our vanity sink lines and our toilet lines to help prevent any future leaks. He is very knowledgeable having been in the field for 20 yrs. Jim arrived promptly, was friendly and courteous, discovered what the problem was quickly (a "mystery" leak in the bathroom) and explained exactly what needed to be done. He went the extra mile and fixed a door latch that wasn't closing properly as a courtesy. I am very pleased with Accent's services and will call them next time I need a plumber.

Was referred to this company by one of my customers at my job and they did not disappoint. Started off by just having them replace a leaking washer box. Ended with them replacing all my toilets, all my shower fixtures, fixing a leaky sink, and installing a new water softener. Love the honest and quick work they do - will use them for any plumbing work I have in the future!

Omg these guys are in my favorites list now. They picked up the phone within two rings, came to my house 10 minutes later, and attempted to fix the pipes feeding my tankless water heater, but learned it would take a custom part. They gave me a wait time of three days to get the part, and called me a day early. They were courteous, efficient, tidy, and I’ll never call another plumber but them!

Ben Franklin Plumbing did an excellent job, on an emergency call, and over the weekend. They were communicative and committed to getting our water heater back up and running.

Troy was awesome. He answered all of the questions I had and took the time to educate me on our options. He didn’t peer pressure me to do anything that wasn’t needed and yet provided a roadmap of recommendations for future fixes. Not only did they scope our lines, but he also gave us our hard water reading and tested our water pressure. He delivered a comprehensive report with pictures post-visit. Quick and experienced service

I called Anthony’s plumbing in on the Fourth of July and a technician answered the call promptly. We needed a new toilet soon, and he patiently discussed all the options and prices. They came the very next day and installed the toilet efficiently. The only complaint I had was they did not put silicone caulk around the base of the toilet which is really necessary but just a five minute job. I still think they deserve a five star rating! The price was competitive and fair.

My husband and I used APS for a plumbing inspection on a house. They gave us a 4 hour window and called when they were 1 hour out (which schedule wise was very helpful). They were efficient and answered all of our questions! Cody was knowledgeable and friendly; very pleased with the services and will use again!
